I've had to call several times for assistance and they have always been very friendly and very helpful. When the rep didn't know the answer, she put me on hold and got me the right answer. And they are there 7 days a week! Huge advantage for someone who works 6 days a week.

I like this platform as it allows me to pay when my EOB matches the bill from the hospital and what is actually being asked from my HSA. It gives me a check so I can question the bills when I think they are inappropriate

The few times I have called have been very easy and pleasant. The staff and representatives and very helpful and easy to talk to. I would recommend them for your needs and concerns without any hesitation.

I wasn’t able to resolve my issue online or through AI. When I spoke with the representative I was listened to, given alternative solutions to my issue and it was solved quickly and from a person who cared about my needs.

HealthEquity's website is awful.
Requiring only a passkey is discriminating against folks who either don't have a phone, (yes, there are some) and many, who have phones but use the phones to make calls, NOT deal with personal health issue. You should be sued for Ageism Discrimination!!!!
-And your phone AI jerk asked 3 times for every question. Fortunately, Walter the customer service was wonderful!

I received help logging into my account without it being confused with my spouse's account. The customer service representative was very helpful and patient as I created my online account.

Receiving help from EZ Receipt's representative named Peggy helped me to reset my password through the mobile app as we tried to login online multiple times and received error messages. We were on the phone for 45 mins trying to figure out why the website kept me in a loop trying to reset my expired password.

I had a wonderful lady Taylor help me with all my questions. She was very nice and professional.

I was a little frustrated attempting to update my access to Healthnet ending in a constant loop. I contacted support. The agent was courteous and professional guiding me through the whole process getting all that I required resolved.
