I was able to fill out information online in less than 5 minutes and was given a location for our candidate to go to for their drug screen. The candidate was also sent a copy of the information with where to go and what to take with them.

System was very easy and smooth to use, results were sent in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone needing remote drug testing services.

Started out great
The initial sign up and set up was so easy and convenient. Getting the results was another story. I called in to customer service as the results didn't show up on the account. The rep was less than patient, got upset that I couldn't see the results and said he didn't know how to explain it so I understood. He then did send the results directly to email. I don't have a need to use the service again.

Would recommend
This was overall very easy to use, and pretty straight forward. My only issue i had is that they should list off with each clinic what type of documentation they require. The barcode pdf states that you just need a photo ID but some of these clinics require more than just that.
