Couldn’t be more pleased with my two person infrared sauna. Extremely high quality finish with added touches such as mood lighting and Bluetooth functionality. I’ve used the sauna pretty much every day so far since purchase and has been great therapy for my ongoing back and hip conditions.

I am so impressed with this company I need to write a review. Gert was professional and helpful from the very beginning. After ordering, the infrared sauna was installed within a week. The sauna is fantastic, you can smell the wood inside and I've been told that smell can last 10 years. We went for the standard 3 person infrared and it is spacious and just what we need. Gert gave great advice regarding the sauna and how to get the best out of it. I can feel the health benefits already, best decision I made was to go with this company.

I spent years considering whether to buy a sauna. After finally deciding to go ahead, the task of finding the right sauna was a little daunting. I knew I wanted a sauna of the highest quality and lowest levels of EMF/ELF/VOCs. I did a fair bit of research. What size? What materials? Traditional or infrared? Far infrared or full spectrum? How are EMFs are measured? etc etc... I ended up with a shortlist of 3 manufacturers.
What helped me decide on Health Mate was Alex. She is a gem. She's helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond....and not at all pushy. She gave me the space to decide. She also kept me informed every step of the way.
The delivery was approx 1 week from ordering and was delivered by Neil, a lovely guy. My husband and I assembled the sauna ourselves. It was VERY easy to do, but VERY heavy to lift!
I have only had 2 sessions in the sauna so far, but I am already hooked! I can feel the benefit already. I think my challenge will be limiting the sessions to just one a day!!
My experience so far has been 5 star, from start to finish. I'm so glad I made this investment in myself and my health.

My whole experience with Health Mate and especially Alexandra was a pleasure!
From initial contact, Alex was very friendly and informative and I liked the fact that she wasn’t pushing for a sale.
We had a friendly chat and I was left alone until I finally decided to go with Health Mate.
I was offered a reasonable discount and delivery the following week which was ideal! I was in contact with other sauna companies who wouldn't offer any discount! Indeed, other companies were cheaper but didn’t have the high quality what Health Mate could offer.
I had a good feeling from the start with Health Mate and so glad I made the correct decision. The sauna was delivered and installed the following week and the whole installation took less than 1 hour!
I have left it over 6 weeks to fully experience my sauna before writing this review. It was a big investment but worth every penny! I cant praise Health Mate enough! Great sauna, great service! Highly recommended!

Excellent product.Hand made cedar timber.Takes less than 20 minutes to heat to 50 C.I have bought gauss meter to take reading of EMF-2 inches from the surfaces shows 0,01-0,02.Once the desired temperature is reached,it keeps it for 15-20 minutes without turning heating elements on.Seven heaters as well as underfloor heating.Comfortable benches and good space for three people.Cosy atmosphere with different colour lights.Superior service from Alex,Gert and the delivery guys who assembled my sauna taking care of my flooring, walls etc

I got the 2 person classic infrared sauna for my spare room. I'd never tried an infrared sauna before, it gets hot so quickly! Already noticing an improvement in my skin complexion. Very friendly and helpful service from the guys at health mate. Would highly recommend!

Put you the client at the focus of the decision making and provided us with all the relevant information where we made an informed decision. I believe the saunas sold by these guys are absolutely the best! I used their sauna in a Spa several times in Brighton then purchased one for home as well and it is beautifully manufactured with modern features. We use it 2-3 times a week.

It’s been three years since I bought HealthMate infrared sauna. I feel like this review is a way of saying thank you for the product and ongoing service I have received.

I’ve been suffering from various health issues and using HealthMate infrared sauna is part of my Essential health protocol I include everyday and really is a game-changer for my health. Also, it is particularly useful during Covid pandemic. After suffering from seasonal allergy and severe insomnia for years, I have no longer have these issues anymore.

In addition, I use it for prayer, meditation and breathe-work everyday in the morning. Sitting in the infrared sauna really provides a Spirit-Mind-Body healing because of the combination of light therapy, oil diffuser, heat, music and the smell of natural wood.

Bought my cabin here because I was looking for a natural pain relief. The Health Mate sauna was the perfect solution for me. Thanks for the good product and service!

Absolutely brilliant to deal with, super helpful and very informative about their products and how best to get the most from their saunas, quick delivery too as they stock products which isn’t the case with most suppliers, I’d say they are more expensive than others but my sauna is brilliant and worth every penny - I feel you certainly get what you pay for

I ordered a Classic 2 for delivery in mid June, and with all the Brexit & Covid difficulties I was delighted to receive it just a few days late. At all times Health Mate kept in contact to update the delivery time and when the time came Gert (Owner) not only delivered it himself at 7.30pm but also then proceeded to install the sauna and even took the cardboard away. Fantastic service! The sauna has exceeded all our expectations as well and we look forward to years of use. I have no hesitation in recommending Health Mate UK, the Company and the product.
