I was very skeptical of the company's…
I was very skeptical of the company's claims of framerate boosts. I decided to give them a try. Boy was I wrong! I went from around 160fps in Call of Duty to around 240fps! My latency stayed around 24ms, even though I've had issues with that in the past. This software is well worth the purchase! Give it a try!

What a scam. Will not help your PC run better. Windows offers just as good tools like disk cleanup. Please don’t fall for this and pay the ridiculous amount of money plus their startup cost.

App is trash
App is trash, I tried the elite package and only had it on my pc for maybe an hour after uninstalling it. It caused multiple issues, caused games to crash, and is really only applicable to a select few games. I worked with customer service and all they could tell me was maybe try a fresh windows install, not listening to the fact the issues started after using their product. Save your time and money. This is Definitely not worth the hassel.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear this was your experience with HD Opti. That’s not the standard we aim to deliver.
Crashes and instability are not expected outcomes of the software. In most cases where this happens, it’s due to an underlying system conflict that becomes visible once performance settings are adjusted, but that doesn’t change the fact that it was frustrating for you.
We also understand your concern regarding the Windows reinstall suggestion. That recommendation is only ever made when there are signs of pre existing OS corruption or conflicting tweaks, not to dismiss responsibility. If that wasn’t communicated clearly, that’s on us.
We’d genuinely like the chance to review this properly. If you’re open to it, reach out directly with your ticket reference and we’ll escalate it for a full technical review. And if you’d prefer not to continue, we’re more than happy to discuss a refund.

This is false advertisement as…
This is false advertisement as suspected. First they lead you into downloading a free software. Then they lock the features within the free software so you upgrade to “Elite” which then just does what other free tools already do to help optimize the OS. Software will never resolve a hardware issue. Please don’t buy.

The features you accessed in the free version are not designed to provide performance gains, they’re simply there to give a small taste of how the app works. All of the actual performance tweaks and optimizations are part of the Standard and Elite packages, which is why you wouldn’t have experienced any improvements using only the free features.
Our full optimization suite goes far beyond what free tools offer, targeting latency reduction, registry tuning, and advanced system tweaks designed specifically for competitive gaming.
That said, we’d be happy to personally optimize your system free of charge to show you the difference. We’re confident you’ll see measurable performance gains once the proper features are applied.

So far great service ! Took the full 1 year subscription and someone called @Mac live chat me through the whole process. Pretty simple to set up and made a difference to my game and frames on Black Ops and Warzone! Highly recommend as the communication with the company was on point! Shout out to @Mac

Way better than expected!
To be honest, I was very skeptical about this service. But man do they really make optimizing so easy. I’ve tried multiple other services that are 10x the price and didn’t get me the same results as this service has. I highly recommend HD opti! I went from 236average fps in bo6 to 275 a 15% increase just with a few clicks and my 1% low fps was much better.
