This company promises delivery by a certain date and when that doesn't happen they change the date and send generic platitudes. They push the date back and buy themselves more time by saying they'll look into it.
The truth is, they take your money and hold on to it. in my unfortunate experience they took my money, did not deliver and have ignored all requests for a refund. Awful. Avoid.

Fault product
The product we received did not work. I contacted the sales team to ask about a refund/return policy or further advice in case there were additional instructions to follow but I was just told they would contact the manufacturer. As the vendor surely you have to take responsibility for the sale of a defective product. The fact that the product is to provide some pleasure to a terminally ill patient only makes the lack of responsibility or empathy for a faulty product even worse.

Thank you for your feedback, Gillian it was me that you spoke to on the telephone last week. Firstly, please let me apologise for the inconvenience this unfortunate situation has caused you.
I’d like to explain how, we believe, this incident has occurred: when an order is placed through our website, each customer is asked to give an email address to allow us to keep them updated on the progress of their order, and for us to send over correspondence including order acknowledgements, receipts, and invoices. The card used for payment has to match the name and the delivery address on the order to be accepted, so this provides confirmation to our system that an order is genuine. In this particular instance we received an order which gave the exact same email address as yours, which we used in good faith, solely to correspond with the customer regarding their order.
Following your phone call with me last week, which to the best of our knowledge is the only communication we have received from you, I personally removed your email address from all our records and database . Unfortunately you then received the email from Trust Pilot, which is an automated email sent directly from Trust Pilot on completion of an order, which is sent to the email address used to place the order through our website.
I hope this has been helpful in explaining how our systems work, and that we have done everything in our power to rectify this situation for you once we became aware of it. We can only work, in good faith, with the information which our customers provide us with.

We have always received excellent…
We have always received excellent service from everyone at HCS at our 2 care homes, especially Lee, Jo and Phil. Always professional with a quick response time. Nothing ever seems too much trouble. Recently I had to use them personally for equipment to enable my mothers discharge from hospital. I had a response within the hour for prices and delivery came straight from the manufacturer to speed up delivery . Phil arrived at the same time to put the equipment together for us ! I can't thank them enough for putting our minds at ease and for the continued support from a personal and professional prospective . I'd recommend them to anyone requiring care equipment and its nice to support local businesses. Especially when they do such a good job !!

Hcs = amazing
Our company has been working with Hcs for a long time. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lee or Jo - they go over and beyond to make sure if something needs fixing it’s fixed or if we need to purchase new equipment for our service users they will try there best to source it us. When it comes time for our equipment to be serviced or repaired Phil is very professional but also takes the time to speak to our service users, have a laugh with them. Hcs will always try to help, cannot thank them enough for the service they provide our company. They are amazing
