Wouldn't waste your money on this firm, had our case for 2yrs paid all the bills on time sent us the last bill paid it and then a email saying that they couldn't represent anymore as there was a conflict of interest how did they not know this at the start of the case rip off merchants STAY AWAY

Avoid!! Due to the miscommunication and the sheer difficulty to get hold of - namely one with the initials C.C. at the Bedford/Luton branch, it has put in jeopardy a whole chain of house purchases! From lying on progresses to simply being uncontactable I can not advise people more, than to avoid HCB when it comes to buying a home.

Amit handled our house purchase and was absolutely amazing - I couldn’t fault her. Amit kept us updated throughout, managed to explain complex legal processes in a really digestible way for us to understand.
