From first contacting Greg, he listened which was appreciated. Provided us with a quote and allowed us to run through our process, (which took us some time).
He didn't chase up every 5 minutes which was a relief.
Once we made our decision to go with HBTel everything was easy. Installation went ahead smoothly and Jack was genuinely lovely to have on site. Everything was done and appeared effortless. Small tweaks were no trouble at all.
Greg supported us with what could have been a tricky exit from our original supplier, which was really helpful.

Wow, what a team! From the moment Jack arrived he was friendly, supportive, helpful and a pleasure to have on site. Jack came to install our new phone system however the visit took a slight turn when we found a pretty major problem with our internet. As a care agency we cannot operate without a functioning internet. Our old supplier had created a problem and even though this was nothing to do with HBTel Jack stayed and helped us with a temporary fix. I was so impressed with the way the company worked together to not only find a solution but to also help us find a permanent fix away from our current supplier. The team work and communication was outstanding. Thank you Jack and all the team at HBTel I feel a lot safer knowing we are now going to be in your safe hands.

Our phone system and broadband was recently installed by HBTel, their service has been amazing. Greg went above and beyond when we were having problems with our previous phone line supplier and is always available if we have any questions.
The phone system itself is easy to use and does everything we needed it to do to bring us up to date.
