After a very long, difficult and stressful battle with our terrible solicitors both Emily and Emma who have been closely involved have gone above and beyond to help. Haybrooks experience
Moving house/renting property is one of the most stressful things ever. I can honestly say that Zoe was brilliant from the start. Friendly, professional and really nice always a phone call away and always returned my calls. I had a sense of trust from the start which is really important to me. Had to contact Haybrooks several times regarding the on line application process, (my naivety of IT) and someone always helped me and were so supportive.
Thank you Zoe so much and the rest of the team, would highly recommend Haybrooks for their great service and professionalism.

Friendly and Approachable
I have most contact with Meg at Haybrook who is very approachable, friendly and understanding and she always works hard to get the repairs and any other work to the flat arranged as quickly as possible. I feel very comfortable in contacting her for any help I need and on days where she is not available the other staff are also very friendly and helpful. They chase up work that hasn't been done and check in with me to make sure work is completed. Thank you for all the help.

About Sharon, her team that says a lot about Haybrook.
I feel upset not only about my experience with them, I feel upset about these types of human behaviours like Greta Thunberg said in her UN speech in 2019 ,happens right here just in a smaller scale compares to big countries and corporates.
All they think it’s themselves, greedy, no compassion, lies, selfish, no solutions, failing to act, all they think it’s their own comfort, lies, empty words, have no care and no compassion to young people but think only about money, look away.
I feel there is lies after lies empty words after empty words. Not mentioning about how they scare a college kid away without compassion without speaking to me first
Sharon was saying on the phone she let her colleague xxx call me on Friday then on the following email she said Katie find out on Saturday, because I called on Saturday,
I didn’t call on Friday.
Fortis Lettings & Fortis estates Management , Howsy, Haybrook, SheffLets, I feel all these agencies are actually same, big company knows how to do their best try to squeeze landlord’s very little income after paying service fee, ground rent and agency fee, more than £500 finding tenant fee, SheffLets charge less but add something else, then monthly commissions, despite this is the only living allowance for a poor entrepreneur spent more than three years preparing a business/ services not chase a quick formula for money, but following passion heart try to do good for people, society, environment, the earth, try to help as many souls as I can, how disappointing these estates agencies are not lack of compassion but no compassion at all, no sense of right and wrong, not only supporting goodnesses but very busy to destroy or at least to delay the goodnesses, hope they can sleep at night with behaviours like this, perhaps for the future it won’t be any sleep on earth anymore because of people like them. Sorry for the good ones have to take the consequences these careless , no-compassionate behaviour,
But for the future generation of these people if they won’t be any sleep on the earth anymore, well deserved, because people like them will pass the no-compassionate mentalities to their future generation.
For Haybrook and SheffLets I started to doubt my investment in Sheffield, is this a way doing business in Sheffield, is that people in Sheffield dishonest in a smart way, have no judgement, ruthlessly like to slice a lot from landlords little profit, is that people in Sheffield have no compassion? Avoiding contact, finding excuses to trick people,Is that the mentality in Sheffield? I met very nice and decent people from Sheffield area , if I didn’t, this canny, lie, dishonest, incompetent, money driven, unfair, slicing abusing resources, avoiding contact, no compassion is the impression I have about Sheffield. Because that’s the impression I had from those letting agency in Sheffield so far Haybrook Sheffield branch and SheffLets.
About Haybrook if they can’t secure a tenant, no worries, they won’t charge you any less but either let you loose because of empty property or de value the property’s rental to compensate their own incompetence, a little like many bankers years ago, dare to ask bonus when investors are loosing.
Perhaps there is their way in business in this field , their way but wrong, small landlord preparing to loose and listening to the comforting lies with no action, because they will slice your profit but unfairly hold on to their own, like human did to the earth.
After a month time wasting, tired about lies after lies, the slicing way they run business, no compassion, selfishly grab , hold with no compassion, like the the way many people treat the earth, wasting time to deliver results, human can continue selfishly, unfairly hold on to their own , and there is no much time left to take action, delivery results,but perhaps there is one, when the earth being sliced too much, human don’t have anything to hold on
I wrote email about my opinions encouraging green environment and boost local economic at the same time without loosing too much the little income , they won’t listen, their way.
Human being is driving themselves to extinction fast and no much time, slow to taking action, delivery results to save it, perhaps well deserved,
the only thing one can do is trying to do the right thing, on the way save one’s soul, try not to be ruthless slice others but hold your own,have a little bit compassion, flexibility to compassion, individual case, and firm, fairness with compassion and right sense.
I don’t have kids and don’t want to and will not have because of many reasons and disappointment, I made mistakes, did right things and I still try to do my best what I can to do the right things, with environment and many things, fight to save my soul, do what I can on the way save as many as I can.

I understand more why human being are driving themselves to extinction, it’s the same way of thinking all over the world big countries, corporates, have this similar way of thinking, lack of compassion, slice others, selfishly hold on to themselves, irresponsible, fast on wrong things, loosing time to delivery right results , empty words is not comforting, is lying,let others to pay their own incompetence,unfairness, the only difference is these agencies did to their clients, investors, landlords, big countries, corporates are doing it to more people and bigger scale to the earth.
Forgot to say that one of Haybrook’s explanations about my property haven’t let out quickly despite of the functionality and location, it’s the size and not new, is this mentality similar to you, why human beings are destroying the earth? They throw away old even is perfectly fine, try to conquer more space, if you’re one of those tenants don’t blame others for destroying the earth, you are one of them, Haybrook very well to encourage this behaviour.
Some people get upset about Greta’s speech on UN, don’t know why, if you didn’t travel or experiences don’t know what big countries, corporates are doing, look at human behaviours, there are a lot of similarities among these unconscious business people, look at your local agencies, smaller companies like Haybrook, look at the way they treat “ young “ people, college kids, if they don’t have compassion for small things for following “rules “ for economic security without even asking second opinions, how can they have compassion to their future.
Look at the way they deliver results with time, loosing time, look at the way they slice small investors, landlord to justify their own incompetence, their not so wise, avoiding contact, try to solve problems, a little bully behaviour to clients not to publish any reviews not good for them for short term but perhaps a little influence for less worse for the future, the similar behaviours in big countries, corporates, the damages is catastrophe. Greta Thunberg UN speech in 2019 is well said about these people and behaviours.
