This company is acting fraudulently and as such people need to be aware they tried claiming a refund on my behalf and have never called talked to or signed anything so people please do not ask for their help and you will never see monies

I have never signed anything with you and apparently my tax refund will be going to you. I'm leaving the country soon so I need that money. I demand you give me a phone number to prevent this now! I need a phone call back, my number is 07599612168

Like most people on here I too was scammed by Hawkshaw. I took them to small claims court and won my case.

I received a letter from the tax office to say that I was due a tax rebate of £205.03 and the cheque
was being paid to my agent, Hawkshaw Ltd. I had never heard of them.
I phoned the tax office and after a wait of three quarters of an hour, finally got to speak to an agent. She gave me their phone number and the contact number for Action Fraud. I asked HMRC not to send them the cheque but they said I have authorised the payment.
I have tried on many occasions to phone Hawkshaw but their voice mail is full and they haven't answered my emails.
The tax office have now sent me a copy of the authorisation I apparently signed. The address on the form is incorrect, although similar, and the signature is nothing like mine.
What do I do?

I never signed any contract with them and they took my hmrc refund and after hmrc told me about thus I have submitted my id and bank details they never paid,its been 10 months now.
They dont have phone number to contact them any more.

Why are HMRC still sending our money to them I'm still waiting for mine since October and they are still sending them cheques I was scammed should be locked up stealing peoples money..

In February I received a letter from the tax office telling me that I was also, due a tax refund, within 14 days of the letter on the date, and it would be going to Hawkshaw Ltd. I otcause rang Inland Revenue, saying I wanted the cheque, obviously, and they said it's too late, the cheque has gone to that company, and told me I'd signed for them to do so. Absolutely did not, it's a fraud and they gave me action fraud details, but they haven't done anything as yet either. It's disgusting that this man, can't remember his name, but looked the company up, there under investigation, but the tax office still allows, them to take cheques, from us innocent people, we've worked for that refund, and this company have stolen it, by fraudulently, signing are names and still doing, this now months later. And the tax office is sending them cheques even though they know they have been told that the company are stealing them. It's disgusting. Oh, by the way, it's disgusting oh by the way it's worth it, but they do answer emails. Oh, and get this they will text you in a few months to tell you they are ready, to send you money. God knows how they get your number too. Anyway, they will ask, for proof of who you are—address, passport, ID, etc. Please don't reply with any of these, they are sending the details elsewhere, You will never get a penny from them, they have stolen it. I suspect there is massive fraud within the Inland Revenue.

I have attached the link to this company and the numerous complaint to the Inland Revenue, who seems nopt to do anything.

I received my letter from HMRC last year to say i was owed £640.00,It was sent to Hawkshaw.I have not received a penny.

Yet another example of this company fraudulently attempting to make PPI tax refund claims on behalf of individuals, including providing fake signatures purporting to be from that individual and falsely claiming to be their duly appointed agent. This time the victim was my 84 year old, recently widowed mother who alerted me having received a letter from HMRC requesting further personal information, which included a copy of a form R40, completed by this company claiming to be her agent and including the fake signature.

Hawkshawltd are a scam i recently received an hmrc envelope with a photo copied tax claim form inside,with a photocopied signature.which wasn't no where close to mine.asking for personal details to solve my claim.i spotted it as fraudulent straight away.this has now been handed over to a fraud investigation team & I expect hawkshaw Ltd will be getting a visit really soon.

My wife received a letter today - 1st Narch 2024 - from the HMRC to say they needed more information regarding her claim for tax overpaid.
The letter contained a photocopy of the claim form made on her behalf by HAWKSHAW LTD, JACTIN HOUSE MANCHESTER.
She has now contacted the HMRC and they have deemed it as fraud.
The signature is false and looks nothing like the way she signs her name.
All the details on the forum were also wrong.

When I checked in the Internet, the "company "is run by 2 Pakistanis called IBRAR ALI and ABDULLAH ZULFIQAR, both who are based at Alexandra Court, Carrs Road, Cheadle, England, SK8 2JY.

Surely I can put their details on here because they don't care where they put other peoples details.

So what these scammers don't really know is, my wife only works part time and doesn't pay tax, so the HMRC won't pay these jokers out.

I hope they get caught and get jailed.

The don't answer phone or reply to emails. HMRC say they sent them a cheque in September and Hawkshaw say they've not received it

Today I have received copies of claims forms from HMRC for repayment of tax deducted from saving and investments made by Hawkshaw Ltd
I have never had any contact with Hawkshaw and never asked them to act on my behalf.
They have managed to obtain a copy of my signature and place it on the claim form. They have asked for any payment due to be made to them.
I have no idea where or how they have obtained figures to put on the claim form!
This is quite obviously a fraudulent claim and attempted theft and I have reported it to both HMRC and the Police as such.

This is a minus 10**. HMRC very aware "now" of frauds being conducted by this Scam thieving company,and there's many like them doing exactly the same thing!! To get your "stolen money back" you need to do county court action immediately as I did with Waltonbridge LTD naming also the director as second applicate on court form (get that information from companies house) You will get your money back before it progresses to hearing stage guaranteed!!!!! Please don't delay in filing court action case, especially those of you above, even though they have committed Criminal Offence police won't get involved nor will Inland revenue??? So please just start legal actions immediately!!! You will succeed 100%

I've never had PPI or a repayment and yet received 3 years claim forms from HMRC through the post saying Hawkshaw ltd had claimed on my behalf. Who knows where they got the fake figures from. Luckily HMRC aren't entertaining the claim without proof of earnings so nothing will come of it. Scary thing is they've transferred my signature onto the claim forms. Don't trust, pushing boundaries to make a profit!!

This company have fraudulently claimed my tax return. How on earth are HRMC letting this happen. Has any one got any advice on where to go next? Has anyone contacted Martin Lewis? Citizens advice? Absolute scum

Still wating 109 emails sent still no response still wating for payment hmrc has said they sent them payment have reported them as fraud next step baliffs lets see if they like it know
