Bought after seeing the product advertised in a magazine. Difficult to say the blankets are as described because it is to some extent difficult to describe them. They are slightly heavier than a normal blanket or throw but very warm. Ideally for use outside on a chilly day or cold evening. Not had them very long but they appear quite hard wearing. Certainly appear to be good value for money.

I ordered a table runner for a dinner party that I was having. After 16 days when the runner failed to arrive, I contacted the company and was sent a replacement immediately. First class service and excellent communication throughout my no show table runner

The quality of furniture is fantastic, my only issue was with the lack of communication after purchase for the delivery. If they improved that then their service would be perfect.

Excellent all round service, purchased a Nixon sideboard, great communication from Jenny the shop proprietor and even delivered in person all in a very reasonable time scale, would confidently recommend and will be purchasing again. thanks.

Arrived earlier than expected (2 days) which is good except it was lucky I was at home. Very substantially packaged so components were in very good condition.
Assembly was straightforward but took at least an hour. Being a bloke I did not read the instructions closely enough which delayed assembly. Once I realised that the "barrel nuts" which are inserted in the top of the legs had to face a certain way everything went smoothly.
The tables look good and are very well finished. Pleased with my purchase and the service from Haven. They are heavy, the package weighed 30kg

Wrong order was sent and delivered to wrong address. Took a week to collect incorrect delivery and deliver correct item.

I received 4 pebble pictures from The Haven and they are just lovely. One was however damaged when received, but with a bit of nail glue(!!!), we managed to fix the picture (the arm pebble had fallen off one of them), it is as good as new and they look so wonderful in our new home.

I contacted Haven Furniture to purchase a kitchen island. It was out of stock. Jenny (the owner of the store) immediately went on to help me find another one that was even better.

She then delivered the item within the week and put it together for me.
The service was excellent and she is a lovely person too.
