First I hate having to do a survey for everything these days. However, Jessica was very helpful in filling my needs and I appreciate it very much.

They made it easy to fit the phone call into my busy schedule. However, they underestimated the time it would take and I wasn’t made aware of exactly what I could expect on the phone call.

Jessica was great! I was honestly a little hesitant about the call at first, but she made the whole process very easy and helpful. She explained everything we needed to know about setting up our new home, including who provides our electricity, water, and internet, and also went over the different bundle options Haven offers. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before we finished the call. Definitely made one more part of the home-buying process much less stressful. Thank you, Jessica!

Even though I did not need or desire some of the options or items that were presented. The operators made sure to make me aware that they are here for the lifetime of being the home owner. Very nice people and im sure they really enjoy their jobs.

I have never had this service before so it seemed like a good service. I had some trouble understanding the associate, but that's because my hearing isn't great and he had an accent. I think that the electric service was established, but need that verified. When it came to gas and water, we hit a snag because he wanted me to give him my social security number over a recorded line, and I declined to do this for my own identity protection. I was told that applications for gas and water would be sent, but I received no further communication or followup.
