Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service - does anyone actually work at Haus Direct...? I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and am yet to receive it. I have called approximately 20 times and never make it through to a human, it’s always the voicemail. Despite leaving voicemails, 3 emails to the customer care team and another to the sales team (out of desperation), I’ve only received one vague response to suggest that I should have received my item last Friday...I’m still waiting. They can’t even confirm whether it’s been dispatched or not. Don’t bother with this company, I should have ordered the item directly from the brand.
Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service! I placed an order on 9/1/19 and it is now 9/2/19 and I am still yet to receive my order!! They ignore your calls and emails! They are an absolute disgrace! I will never order from this company again!!
Wouldn’t use again
Received a desk from the company, the quality and the wood looked entirely different than in the pictures, which I understand is the case a lot of the time. However, when emailing the company (twice) about not being satisfied with the product, there was no response. It seems their customer service is non existent, after the purchase definitely wouldn’t use again.
No delivery, and no communication...
Steer clear! I ordered from them on the 29th of December, money was taken right away but I haven't heard anything since the order confirmation email over two weeks ago.
I have attempted to contact them with no success, so I'll just be charging it back and going elsewhere.
Poor processes become obvious when things go wrong
Ordered some office furniture and the delivery date slipped but I was the one who noticed this and had to chase the company. They put this down to an incorrect part but when the order finally arrived, it was delivered with the incorrect part. Again, HAUS didn't seem to know what was going on and the burden of proof was on me. I requested a partial refund as I had received a lower value item and that took quite a while to appear in my account.
Poor processes and this reflects if things don't quite go right.
Pleased with my purchase
I ordered an Oxford Maja desk on Sunday. It arrived on the following Friday - was slightly surprised as my order still showed as "processing" on the Haus website and I'd had no delivery confirmation, so was lucky I happened to be at home to receive it.
Straighforward to put together, with all pieces present and correct. Very happy.
This company is a total joke
This company is a total joke. They show things on the website as in stock when they are not. They are just acting as a middle man and getting manufacturer to ship direct. You can't get in touch. On complaining you get a 'ticket' which never gets resolved. They can never get in touch with 'their' distribution company, say they will call back and never do. Avoid.
