Customer service on the phone and the lawyer were polite and professional throughout the process. They took the time to explain the situation clearly and communicated with me respectfully. Although my case was difficult and the outcome was not what I hoped for, I appreciate the effort and time they gave to review the matter and provide guidance. Overall the team handled my enquiry professionally and were supportive when discussing the details of the case.

Explained everything

As the title says, they made my settlement agreement both stress free and we're friendly, something ypu really need at that time. That went from the initial admin staff, to Gareth who dealt with my case, all very professional and helpful.

Was smooth and accommodating for time lines to start. However some things were missed. Losing me around £3k in the end.
