I purchased the Exclusive x Montreal Canadiens Hockey Night in Canada Black Adjustable - Mitchell & Ness. Definitely 100% authentic. Communication was clear and process was faultless. No issue with packaging or delivery. Highly recommend. I will be buying from Hatstoreaustralia again.

When searching for Australian hat stores they were the number one Google search thanks to their dodgy name.
A few days later when i got my tracking number I found my hat is being shipped out of sweeden and likely to be delayed.
I see they have a generic response to people complaining about this.
It doesn't matter what you have in your fine print or terms and conditions.
There is nothing transparent about "Hat Store Australia" shipping from sweeden.

Beware. Despite the name, they are not an Aussie company. Only if you look in their "about us" blurb are they honest about being based in Sweden. Items took 18 days to arrive, and one of the hats is not what we expected but we're stuck with it as of course we're not paying return postage to Sweden.
They should just be more transparent of where they are based by not calling the website Hatstoreaustralia so us, the consumer, can make a better informed decision. I pointed this out in an email to them and just received a generic, copy and paste reply saying, "we are 100% transparent that we are a Swedish company. You find this information in the terms and conditions, in the About Us". No doubt they will copy and paste the same response to this review too.

Ordered my special design cap . Then read some reviews I thought I've just done my cash. Sure the cap didn't turn up in the quoted time but it's coming from overseas so what do you expect. Got my cap it's fantastic, better than all expectations. Would definitely recommend and buy again .Great tracking, great customer service.

They aren't located in Australia for one, and 2, the customer service sucks. Package arrived crushed and product was very poor quality. They said to send it back at my own cost and put the price no higher than 1aud. Confusing and dodgy as. Won't be shopping again.
EDIT - I didn't return the hat because you expected me to return at my own cost and risk. So I accepted your 10% refund without no other choice really. So it Doesn't mean I was happy with the customer service or the hat. The hat is clearly inferior and I showed the photo proof comparing the quality to my other 9forty hats.

I was emailed about my design being too detailed and the support person suggested printing on the design. After I emailed back asking if I could simplify the design Henriette then came back with a simplified design and asked if that would work. It looked great and I was more than happy to move forward. I've had a previous product made by Hatstore and couldn't have been happier so I'm extremely hopeful for the same results for this one.

Hmm Hatstoreaustralia - one would be 100% INCORRECT to think this is an Australian business or even a business operating in Australia given the name and an Australian landline phone number.
However when I enquired where they were as I noticed the consignment was from the US, I was advised:
“No we are a Swedish company, so all orders goes from here, to Germany and then to the rest of the world,
we need to have different websites in order to make sure that the information regarding delivery, vat, currency and such are correct :)”
Misleading business name!

I'm back for my third order with these guys and will be back for more. The selection is extensive, the prices are pretty good and the quality is great. I was also impressed with the delivery time. With the courier option you'll get your order within a few days. All in all, if you're looking for a hat, don't look any further than Hatstoreasustralia.

Had an issue with the design. Got great communication throughout the process of fixing the error which ended up better than the original. Hatstore team spent the time with me to help me in every way to resolve the problem. Very pleased by the way I was treated as a customer

Wigged out after reading a few reviews online but received today, just over 2weeks after ordering and both caps are perfect.. tracking didn't update until it reached Australia so had me a little concerned but all good! Would definitely use again

I don't normally write reviews but in this case it's really worth noting.
They really are great, as someone ordering from Australia and used to some bad experiences can attest to. I could email a real person and they did what they could, above and beyond, to make things right. Even more, the mistake was really mine, because I had underestimated my hat size before ordering.
Even though I'd ordered the wrong size hat, and asked if the order could be canceled a day after purchase, They said the system was automated but went ahead and manually canceled anyway, and I got a refund.
The experience of emailing a real person means I'll definitely use them again to get a hat that (hopefully) fits.
