I don’t normally review but felt I needed to as after reading some reviews which were saying the company was a scam I panicked and wanted a refund before getting the goods . Then a delivery notification came through and the goods arrived beautifully packaged and the company got back to me. Definitely a genuine company with competitive prices

I received my two jars today, I can’t remember the exact date that I ordered them but with my order confirmation was an email saying they only make in small batches so please be patient. Well packaged in protective packaging.
I haven’t used any cream yet but I certainly don’t think this company is in any way a scam .

Received today. Product well packaged & exactly what I ordered. Took about 8 days for delivery but I know these products are made in small batches. They feel and smell amazing. Excited to see how they are on my skin.

ablolute scammers. ordered on the 24th July, it's now 20th August. still no sign! the company have even asked me if im happy with the product and could I leave a review 😅. royal mail tracking app simply states that "the company have advised that the item has been despatched " please avoid these
scammers and save your money.

22 August. Just received a full refund, 2 days after leaving this review. I wonder why?

So reading the reviews after I brought I thought oh here we go another scam

BUT I received within 10 days the label says harvest and hive one is I se ted the other lavender which I ordered and although quite greasy which I expected qnd use t night so doesn’t matter .. I love it amd skin looks great and hydrated .. so I can’t give Amy negative feedback

Took forever to arrive and noticed that it says Green and Sister on the packaging.... why is this and what exactly is it in the pot?? Could be anything!!!

Took a few weeks to arrive “green & sister “ so scanned the barcode on the box, not the sticker over it, China mainland DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CON FIRM, it’s probably on temu for £1 , hand produced in small batches , in the words of Jim Royce - my ar%e

Ordered via website. Chased after a week, no response. Chased again no response...still waiting after 21 days for my order....total scam..avoid, u have been warned.

Was under the impression this was a British made tallow? Also thought as I’d ordered from Harvest & Hive it would have their name on product? Yet it says Green & Sister? It’s also clearly came from China! Feel like I’ve been duped

Package arrived in a bag from China, with old, yellowing tape - certainly not a fresh product made in small batches. Boxes are a bit battered and have clearly been stored for a long time - brand name on jar is Green & Sister not Harvest & Hive.
Not feeling brave enough to actually put product on my skin atm. My advice is to avoid.

Appalling scam company.
My products were not by 'Harvest & Hive' but 'Green & Sister'.
They arrived from China in a thin plastic bag, so badly damaged they could not be gifted as intended.
I was totally fobbed off with them saying they were rebranding.
The damage was never addressed despite me sending photos.
All very dodgy, & best avoided.

It’s the greatest thing I’ve used .
I use it for my face arms and legs .

Placed an order for two Harvest and Hive balms and received two by Green and Sister!

I ordered this product. Then (Wrong way round I know) I checked their reviews and there were quite a number of negative ones. So I emailed them to cancel my order. (Not expecting much to happen. ) But I received an email confirming cancellation within a day and as I'm writing this, my refund is being processed! I feel that I may have judged them too soon.. :-/ I was more than happy with the service I received..

Purchased harvest and hive product, was sent Green and Sister product, doesn't feel like a true tallow product, leaves skin feeling dry after a few hours.

Emiled for refund, was told they are currently rebranding and they already let their customers know... Refund request was ignored.

Avoid this scam company at all costs. I ordered 4 pots of balm and never received them. First complaint they gave me bull about it being made fresh. Said it takes about 5 days, it’s now been three weeks. I’ve asked for a refund. Hasn’t materialised. All emails they send are corrupted, and text is layered so you can’t read it. So not a legitimate domain being used. Or just a cheap plug in one. Today’s email won’t even open. Some fictitious guy called “ James Pieterson “ replies. And spelling not great. So my next point of call will now be to report it to trading standards ,as we all should. However might be worth noting, they have changed names more than once. Absolutely disgusting “ company “ ( I use that term lightly). I wish I’d have read reviews first, and on Instagram they clearly use fake ones. I also believe any good ones on here must be fake too. Easily done.Be warned or be scammed.

really wanted to love this product as i love a natural approach to skincare but if im being completely honest im not sure if i trust enough to put on my skin

first red flag: ordered from harvest and hive yet when the product arrived the packaging had a completely different name on it.

second red flag: also not UK based and/or made like they claim to be

third red flag: actual product does not look or feel like other authentic tallow products i have used in the past

I placed my order and it was shipped. Stuck in transit for a month. I've already contacted customer service and they were chasing it up, but I've not had a reply since asking for a refund.
