Our experience with Harron Homes has been good so far. We are currently in the process of buying our first home at the Laughton Gate development. We did read some 1-star reviews, which made us a bit concerned, but Josh been great, responded in a professional manner and reassured us that the company is proud of the quality of their homes and that any past issues at this site have been fixed.

We’ve been happy with the communication and hope the same level of service continues after we complete the purchase. We’re excited to move into our new home.

If you’re looking to buy a new home that has the feeling of luxury, then Harron Homes is the perfect for you! We have been looking for our forever home for over 2 years, and every time we popped into our local Harron Homes development, Michelle has been so welcoming, informative and helpful! She never once tried to sell us a home that wasn’t right for us, she listened to us and helped us find the perfect home. She was open, honest and helped coordinate for us to visit other Harron Homes developments to view their show homes: each one had such a welcoming member of staff ready to greet us! We couldn’t have been treated any better! Absolutely 1000% recommend to anyone looking to buy a new home that will last.

Josh has been amazing so far on this journey and has communicated really well with us. We've also had regular contact from head office and everything is running smoothly. Overall, if everything continues to go the way it has done so far, there will be nothing negative to say at all!

Me and my partner are currently in the process of buying our first home at Laughton Gate (plot 249) from the first time we went to look around the show homes and enquire, Josh at harron homes was so friendly and approachable. Not long after we put our deposit down and so far everything has been really smooth sailing and I can’t fault the process at all, especially with how daunting and stressful buying your first house may seem. Josh set us up on a WhatsApp group and we get weekly updates of how the house is progressing, pictures and regular contact for any questions and updates. Josh has done nothing but put us at ease, made us feel comfortable and we already have a good friendship with him. We are due to complete around October time, nothing but positive reviews so far. We can’t wait to move in!

I am doing a part exchange, Harron Homes have taken out all the pressure of a house move, so far the whole experience has been efficient and stress free. We recently purchased a home through Harron Homes at Laughton Gate (plot 199), and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From buying the property the sales exec (Josh) really made us feel he was personally invested and on the journey with us to buying our first home. All new builds get some snagging but the team of Josh, Wayne and Ian and their team have demonstrated professionalism, transparency, excellent communication and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. To say they have gone above and beyond is an understatement.

We love the house and are already settling in to our new home nicely. Thanks to the team at Harron for making our experience as stress free and as positive as possible. We couldn’t be more impressed.

If you are thinking about buying a brand new home, I cannot recommend Harron Homes enough. Moving house is always stressful and it never comes without it's ups and downs but whatever happened, from start to finish, from Josh in the sales office to the entire site team, they have been absolutely incredible! To say that they go above and beyond is a huge understatement, they are a phenomenal team and work so incredibly well together. Popped into Victoria Heights to be welcomed by the familiar face of Jacquie who incidentally sold us our current home. 18 years later we have just bought our second home, she remembered us and immediately put us at ease. Staff at Victoria Heights (Jacquie and Sandra) are friendly and welcoming, they are honest when asked about their opinion on fixtures and fittings. They draw on their experience and knowledge to help and advise. Harron Homes offer a great spec with their homes, you get so much as basic, having bought new build before the amount you get is impressive! Looking forward to now moving in!

We had the pleasure of working with Sylvia regarding a property at Thorpe Meadows. She was vibrant, knowledgeable, and provided us with comprehensive details about the purchasing process. Sylvia made us feel welcomed from the very first moment and was incredibly hospitable.

Ann has been incredible from the very first day of enquiry to us moving into our forever home. Ann has provided the best customer service, has communicated really well throughout the whole process and really goes above and beyond for her customers. Ann has been so patient and has always provided us with the answers to our questions, she has been transparent and supportive and we would have been totally lost without her.
Since moving in, she has kept us updated with various things and ensured on multiple occasions that we are happy and settling in. We have now met the site manager and some of his team who have also been fabulous up to yet and so accommodating to our needs. They think of things before we do, and it really makes a difference to know we have such a supportive network of reliable people to assist us if we need.
