I have been using magnesium at night for many years to prevent muscle cramps (I also take a magnesium supplement). This has been working well for me except for a greasy residue on my sheets! I was hopeful that this non- greasy spray would be the answer. However, on the 2nd night of using I woke to terrible leg cramps :(. So back to my tried & tested routine.

Love, love, love their products. The magnesium spray works a treat, and has stopped my hot feet and restless legs. I’ve just purchased their Stem Cell Lift Moisturiser and that’s fab, too. Packaging comes wrapped in beautifully scented tissue. Highly recommend 😁

I have been suffering from restless leg syndrome for a few years, which has disrupted my sleep pattern, as I am usually awake for most of the night. I reported it to the hospital and was advised to take quinine. Drinking tonic water (it contains quinine) did not help! I am also taking medication for cholesterol, which is causing me severe leg cramps and joint pain. Searching online, I came across Harrogate Organics magnesium spray and decided to give it a try. Using it once a night for the past four days, my sleep has improved, and my leg is feeling much calmer. To experience the full effectiveness I will need to apply the spray 2-3 times a day as recommended. However, I am under review with my GP and will need to continue with the cholesterol medication for another month.

As a chronic poor sleeper I thought the magnesium oil spray was worth a go as nothing to lose especially at a discounted price .I used it on soles of feet last two nights and altho I am not falling asleep any faster (more a me prob as bad sleep hygiene) I have woken in morning well before my alarm feeling very rested and ready to face the day not my usual 30min “warm up” before I feel remotely human
If this is how a good nights sleep feels like I’ve missed out big time for years .
In addition I had a wee niggle around ligaments on my foot this morning following a slip when out running I massaged in a little oil on offending spot and it’s gone .
If the sleep benefits continue this oil is truly liquid gold I didn’t know feeling so rested would be such an amazing feeling and the benefits also ensure my whole day is more pleasant and productive . The best money ever spent for sure

I was a skeptic at first but after been on the magnesium spray for over a month now I can clearly say I’ve never tried anything as good as these magnesium products to alleviate the pain I had in my knees. I now also use it as an all round balm as well for aches and pains in joints. The customer service team go over and above excellent service as this company have been super helpful and have answered any queries I had, they pack their products well and hand write thank you notes with orders , overall I think the line of products they offer are fantastic and I’m now trying the butter and mists but will be a loyal customer to now always buy their magnesium products on subscription, if you have any doubt I’d advise trying the magnesium spray or repair balm

I never usually write reviews, however this is my 3rd order for the Magnesium Spray. It really does make a difference in helping me fall asleep and staying asleep. I ran out of it over Christmas and I have just received my order this afternoon.

Lovely welcoming shop, the magnesium spray is really good helps relax muscle pains and has a calming effect, I use it every night. Also now have a wax burner with 2 of the scents to burn. Would highly recommend.
