We have been private tenants with Harrisons Rainham for a few years now and have had a very positive experience. There is always someone available in the office should we need to contact anyone, and they always get back to us quickly with responses. They are always very professional in dealing with any problems we bring to them.

After having to move out during lockdown from our first property, they went above and beyond to ensure that we were moved into another lovely property within a few months. Really cannot recommend them enough!

I chose Harrisons because of the reviews of other people and they were all correct - Harrisons totally lived up to expectations for us.
We had a tricky house to sell and they found the perfect buyer who will totally love it as much as we did. We got an asking price offer and we were kept fully informed throughout, plus they constantly chased down our chain to keep things moving. We completed last week and we cannot speak highly enough of the whole team but especially Ernie, Sonia and Kate.

Harrisons were not even my Estate Agent but because I was not being updated by mine Jon stepped in and kept me up to date with my chain. Thank you Harrisons.

Have used Harrisons twice in the last two years to sell a house and bungalow( one was Probate). Ernie was very helpful both times, we obtained a good price really quickly for both properties. Communication was excellent, would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Very professional and constantly kept us up todate with every aspect of the moving process, we would highly recomend Harrisons, Jon was a star through out.

Harrisons were recommended to us for the sale of our house, we are so pleased we used them and their commission fees are not overinflated at all. Our house sold quickly and for the price we wanted, we then had some problems at the bottom of the chain (no fault of ours or Harrisons) and Kate tirelessly chased this up for us. The communication with Harrisons was always excellent and we were kept updated through the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Harrisons for their professionalism and helpfulness. We mainly dealt with Kate but when she was not there the whole team were excellent and speedy to respond and help with any questions and chasing that was needed to complete.

I cannot thank Katie and Ernie from the Rainham Branch, for their professionalism and support provided to my mother when she recently purchased her new flat. It was not an easy undertaking for my mother to leave her home in South Wales to move to Rainham, but the updating she received was just prefect. Thank you and highly recommend Harrisons.

I have recently purchased a house through Harrisons and from start to finish they were brilliant. Always in contact and answered any questions I had and it was no bother. When I thought I was unable to go through with a house due to complications with my mortgage they put me in contact with Simon who is a mortgage broker they recommend. He was brilliant. Harrison never gave up on me and done all they could and it was an absolute success. I now have my keys and am a first time home owner and very happy! Would highly recommend Harrison’s. They really look after there customers.

A great team of knowledgeable agents. They did exactly what was required. I was amazed at how quickly the viewings came in and how quickly my house sold. They got me the price I wanted very, very quickly.

They remained in touch throughout the whole process and gave me lots of feedback and let me know exactly what was happening at all times.

Once again Harrisons have provided an excellent service for us. Graham and the others, Jon in particular, are all true professionals. Their strengths are good advice, honesty, and following through on every little thing. If you have a chain it will be constantly checked. We were selling, but I see our buyer has also provided an excellent review (and that in spite of several delays caused by other parties), so it works from both ends. We have used them several times now, and they will always be our first choice.
