Harrisons dealt with me through being with my buyer and my vendor and they - Kate in particular - were brilliant the whole way along. Always in contact with updates; always well informed when anything happened. I said a while ago that if anyone asked me for a recommendation, I would recommend Harrisons Reeve and now that I've exchanged contracts, I can only emphasise that further. A great professional and very friendly group of people.

I put my mother’s bungalow on the market at the end of February. This agent did not give the highest valuation of the agents contacted but it was the closest to an independent valuation by a chartered surveyor. Within a couple of days there were several viewings and a buyer. Unfortunately their chain then collapsed. Harrisons Reeve immediately resumed marketing and another buyer appeared shortly after. Four months on from the original instruction we are at the point of completion, which I am pleased with in these volatile times for house sales. Throughout the whole process communication has been excellent and I have been kept fully informed of developments along the way. Happy to recommend this agent and I would use them again.

I entrusted Harrisons Reeve to sell my property. The property was empty so therefore should have been a relatively quick sale. The sale took over 7 months with me pulling out at the end when the buyer requested monies to be provided after completion. During this time I became the link between Ernie and my solicitor rather than Ernie working with my solicitor. On a couple of occasions Ernie was very curt when I requested information on the sale to the point it came across unprofessional. During the whole process I found Harrisons Reeve to have no interest in meeting the needs of the seller but purely focussed on the buyer and the commission that they would receive on sale. I would never work with Harrisons Reeves in the future - terrible experience.

We use Harrisons to help with management on a tenant find basis and for documentation etc. They found our current tenants who have proved to be as hoped. An issue arose at the time of renewal which was handled promptly, professionally and successfully. We will certainly continue to use them and recommend them to others.

As a first time buyer I feel that I have been well looked after. I have been contacted straight away with updates. I will certainly look to use Harrisons Reeve again when the time comes to move again

Harrisons have been fantastic, supportive and empathetic throughout. Having not had the simplest of chains we have always had the support of our agent easing any stress that has come from the whole process. Would 100% recommend.
