Efficient and polite company
Easy to order. Had to change delivery date this was so easy to do the lady was extremely helpful and friendly.
Delivery was quick and clean the driver again was polite and friendly and experienced at unloading in a tight area.

Superb service
I ordered online and had 2 deliveries. Both drivers were punctual, polite and professional. I'm absolutely delighted with the price and the overall service that I have received. I would 100% recommend and would definitely use Harris and Bailey again.

Online order was processed really quickly and was ready for collection on time. Staff were very friendly and helpful carrying the 25kg bags of salt to my car too!

Great experience throughout. Ordered late Sunday night, delivery confirmed and delivery date confirmed early Monday morning. All requests I made were also fore filled. On delivery, driver was very helpful and made best efforts to get delivery as close to the house as possible while being as careful and considerable as possible not to damage plants in the garden. All goods in good condition.

One of the best value around
One of the cheapest around, quick delivery and the ballast was a good mix. Delivery driver also left it in a sensible place.

Very impressed with the service and fast delivery.
But returning the item was very expensive.
They charge 10%restocking charges and £25 for collection service.
These days no company charges 10% restocking charge and returning charges are very reasonable.

Miss leading information on discontinued products.
Good morning
Having sent numerous emails regarding the wrong items being sent out I have had no response from emails dating back to the 5th April.
The goods should have been SA09004 x 3 CONTOUR 70087NP OUTLET ADAPTOR S875067 these are the old style fittings as detailed on your web site, but you have sent out the new style SR02167 these are not what I require.
If this item is no longer available you should amend your webpages to show the correct item and code and not leave miss leading information on discontinued products.
However on a posative note you did despatch the wrong items for delivery the next day.
