Their AI customer experience program is a complete nightmare. I have received no order updates for two weeks, and direct communication with CS has been absolutely horrible. I do not recommend doing business with this company; it is very clear that their employees are checked out and it is running on fumes. Disappointing, especially since I was excited to try their bras.

Love my bralette they are the most comfortable bras I’ve ever had. I’m ordering the cami and the other bras to try.

Their bras are not accurately sized (too small) and Harper Wilde would not take them back. I don't know why because I had not even worn them. Four bras going to a charity shop and I will never shop here again. A truly big waste of my money and time. Also, forget about getting an actual human being to help you.

No customer service and the material will have get treatment for severe dermatitis on your skin the pigmentation resulting can be permanent.
I purchased two of your luxury bras. 924761 Order no .The bras are unfortunately extremely uncomfortable. I am a doctor myself and was unable to sit or work in one position for a long time every time. For both of them I had to cut them open at different days in my workplace! They caused abrasion with constant pinching and piking against my skin. I have emailed them back and forth over 90 days to get a refund and to speak to someone in this regard. And I had to see a dermatologist who prescribed me medication! I am hoping the pigmentation is not long term and the abrasion -dermatitis goes away! 
Harper Wilde promises, comfort ease for the money. I invested in the products which was not cheap. I want my money refunded.
I want to be compensated for the horrible dermatitis caused by these bras that I bought! I want accountability from this brand which promises to be a pro women brand but so far does not care about their customer or their bodies.

Order never arrived (with no updates to shipping status for 3 weeks) and had to contact them repeatedly before they finally provided a refund. Tracking info showed order never made it to USPS (was shipped with "Amazon Logistics"). Items were out of stock so I was unable to reorder, and they told me it was because it "was shipped during the busiest time of year for all carriers, and unfortunately delays or losses can occur" and "there are limitations to what we're able to do once a package is in transit." So it's the customer's fault for ordering at the wrong time of year? No acknowledgment that they regret the failed delivery, no accountability, and not even a gesture of a token discount for next purchase.

I have ordered from Haper Wilde about 4 times now. The first three times were fine, the shipping time was long, but the items arrived and the bra's were comfortable but a bit pricy. My most recent order I placed on July 5th. As of July 23rd the items have not been received and when I try to track the package I get a message saying sorry for the delay in shipping with no additional information. I reached out to the company by email. The response was it is not pst the the 10 business day waiting period and therefore still not late. Well that is not true it is past the 10 day window. The phone number on their website does not work. I have sent another message to their customer service department telling them to cancel my order and return my money. I am awaiting a response.

Originally loved buying from them however my last order that is listed as delivered, I did not actually receive it. I have sent emails trying to get some assistance on this but have not heard back from them.

This business does not care about quality product and customer satisfaction:
I purchased a Cloud Cotton Triangle Bralette. The fit and comfort were horrible because the band kept rolling up and riding up under my bust. I contacted Customer Service who recommended that I buy the next size up, which I did. Sadly, the same issue of the base band rolling up occurred yet again. If the bra were sewn with a broader base band, maybe the bra would stay in place.
I will not buy again from Harper Wilde: a customer's comfort experience and making a good product is not a priority.

I wrote a honest and fair review about a Harper Wilde product. I was not being overly harsh or critical, did not use profane language, was not posting fraudulent information, but rather trying to provide honest feedback in hopes of helping other women find exactly what they need. My review was "hidden" from the shop. This completely defeats the purpose of writing a review. If Harper Wilde is only going to publish reviews that makes them look good, that doesn't give me confidence or trust in their loyalty and dedication to customers. I will not be supporting this company again and will make sure my community does not either.

I can't say enough great things about Harper Wilde. I had no idea I was wearing the wrong bras my entire life until I had a Harper Wilde bra. For once, my bra actually fits. I got the bra gift box which included a regular bra, strapless bra, sports bra, and bralette. The bralette is made of the softest silkiest material! I just LOVE it! The sports bra offers amazing coverage! I love the regular bra for daily wear and it is super flattering. I am so happy with this company and can't wait to add to my collection.
