What a fantastic service! This is the only way to shop. From ordering the piece to it arriving was so stress free.

My second experience with Harper. First with Mint Velvet and the chosen item was just too big and I wasn't sure how much it suited me so I used the return service which all went smoothly and of course no charge. I have just used it again, buying a dress which I loved when It arrived and was the perfect fit so obviously I have kept it. There was a slight delivery delay (Evri) but the 5 day trying on period did't start until the item arrived. I phoned Customer service to check on the delivery and the staff could not have been more helpful - even phoning me once the item arrived. Excellent customer service.

Amazing experience. I ordered some dresses from Nadine Merabi and Krystal handled everything so professionally. There was a couple of things I needed to communicate with her about and I love that I could call as well as email and she always cane straight back within the hour. My order arrived this morning and Anita my concierge gave such a personal and d professional service helping me like I was the royal family!! Personal shopping in my own home. I ordered several sizes and what I love is that there is no outlay or returns hassle. You pay for what you keep and they take the rest away. I have 2 now stunning dresses and could not be happier.

Just used the Try Before You Buy service for Needle & Thread and would highly recommend if you want the opportunity to have a few days at home deciding what to buy. The dresses I ordered were beautiful and unique and being able to return without paying upfront was a great way to get to know the brand. I would definitely go to Needle & Thread for an occasion dress and without this option to Try first I would have overlooked. Also loved the layout of the website and videos were helpful too when selecting items 🫶

How refreshing to be able to try before you buy without the hassle and worry of returning clothes and then waiting sometimes nearly 2 weeks to see your money returned. Love Me & Em clothes and this service will definitely be my go to in the future.

Expensive but beautifully made exclusive, high quality garments. Harpers Try before you buy makes purchasing and choosing more acceptable. Very helpful customer care too.

This service gives one space to feel satisfied or not with your garments before handing over money and if one returns an item - it does not need to go through the refund process. Giving 7 days is a very fair time for decisions.

This is such an easy efficient service. Five days from delivery is plenty time to decide what you’re keeping. No waiting around for refunds on any items you return. Could t have been smoother or more efficient. Great service thank you.
