The shoes are adorable. I love the tennis shoes, they aren't too tight at the top due to the soft material & the support for my arch is amazing & they are very stylish. I do wish I could have gotten ahold of customer service when I place my order for the sandals, I did not want 2 pair of pink, I wanted a pink & a tan/beige color, but none of my messages got through or responded to.

I love the dress and fits well except for the chest. The chest is tight. Will need to figure out a new bra.

The Brooke sandals arrived as described on the website. Seems to be well made. Nice comfortable casual shoes.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HARPER AND ELLIS! I ordered shoes and they were about 2 sizes too big. I contacted them immediately and then several times for return instructions and label. They replied that they would give me a discount on another item. Then they ignored my next couple of emails. Latest is that they said they would refund 35% of the cost. Total scam - do not order! You will be disappointed.

If you would like to see the letter they wrote regarding return to CHINA, let me know. Happy to send it.Impossible to return anything.

This company is a scam---based out of China. Product quality is very poor. Took over 2 weeks to deliver and it's nothing like it looks. This is not a company out of Austin, TX nor is it owned by two sisters. Their return policy is within 14 days and it will never arrive back to China in time so another scam and you will NOT get your money back. Buyer beware!

Was pleasantly surprised at how well the shoes felt on my feet.

The flip flop is comfortable. The stretchy fabric is very giving. I thought it would have had more of a arch support, but there is none. They run small. I am a size 9.5 and should have ordered a 10.
