One of my ears had become completely blocked with earwax, which had reduced my hearing considerably from that side. I tried using Earol for five days, but unfortunately, I was unable to clear the blockage. I did some research online and found Harley Street Hearing, which had a lot of positive reviews. I contacted them and was able to book an appointment on the same day.

The consultation and microsuction treatment only took a few minutes because I had been using Earol prior to soften the wax, which they recommended anyway. The earwax was removed, and my hearing returned to normal. The treatment was painless, so now I know where to go if I ever have this type of issue again.

Excellent all round - the whole experience, from booking to consultation and aftercare, is efficient, friendly and effective.

I lost my hearing aids and Harley Street Hearing were able to get me a replacement pair straight away. They listened to my needs and let me trial the first pair. I returned for a smaller, rechargeable hearing aid that is now perfect.

I had a consultation for my tinnitus with Romy on 12th May. I was hugely impressed by the whole experience. Romy asked me a number of questions about my symptoms/history and I felt she was extremely thorough and empathetic. In addition to her questions Romy undertook a number of hearing tests and fully explained the results in a way I could understand. Romy is both personable and professional in her approach. A care path was suggested without any pressure, I feel well looked after and listened to. An excellent service all round and I cannot thank you enough.

Totally professional and informative throughout the entire service (musician service - ear impressions for CIEMs).
This is the second time I have used HSH for the same task.
This time they were also required to carry out wax removal, despite my having gone through the microsuction process (3x!) at Specsavers just a few weeks earlier.
Lesson learned. Spend the money and just go to the professionals.

Completely removed built up wax from both my ears and restored my hearing, all in half an hour and for £80.
I booked the appointment online at 3am and was seen at 9.30am the same morning.

I had my first appointment with George at Harley Street Hearing yesterday. II was treated with respect and compassion and George clearly had a lot of knowledge and was an expert in his field. He explained everything during my hearing aid assessment really clearly and simply in terms that anyone could access.
He showed and explained to me all my options for hearing aids. I had a micro suction ear wax removal that was painless and he was extremely gentle and talked me through the procedure every step of the way. As I have auditory processing disorder he explained I would be seeing an expert in the practice for fitting of the hearing aids which gave me confidence. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend. I am excited to go back when my personalised hearing aids are ready for fitting in just a couple of weeks. Thank you George

Always find Harley Street Hearing to be considerate and helpful. Paul Checkley very attentive and understanding. No rush, always gives good advice and professional. Been to HSH many times and a calm welcoming environment. Definitely would recommend.

Careful work to deal with recalcitrant wax. The only reason for withholding the 5th star is that they were running quite significantly late despite it being a 1030 appointment.
