Good price and item delivered quickly to the UK. Only one dissatisfaction the expiry date is only until Dec 2026 and as I won't be using it all the time a lot will be wasted. Other than this all good

I ordered my medication (order # 82593)
on Sept. 17. Package was shipped by UPS
and came to Aurora, Colorado. UPS did not deliver to me according to them because of "wrong address".
It is not true.Despite my call to UPS
( I asked to redeliver it to me) they sent it back to sender (Hargrave OTC). Today I got email from sender that I got package today despite "Tracking Link" shows that my package came back to sender and sender received my package today. I tried to connect sender (few emails, a couple of calls) - no response. Therefore, I do not have my medication, and I do not have my money back. My ph.# 720-2995121

Based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews it appears that Hargraves OTC is well liked by their customers and in part I would have to agree. An order was placed for a product that is not available in the UK and Hargraves promptly sent it to a shipping company for onward travel to the my home address. What happened next is customer "service "at its absolute worst. In order to comply with US regulations an invoice or receipt is required with product details,price etc which was requested when the order was placed but was not provided. I sent many emails and made phone calls to try to try and obtain this document but never received any response from the company which I think is appalling behaviour and the vendor should be ashamed. I am now am now faced with the shipment being destroyed because I don't believe there is any prospect of receiving a refund from Hargraves if the items are returned to them. Not only have I lost money but have no products either.
Update!
Just after posting this review, Hargraves emailed me with an apology and sent a document which I hope will resolve the issue. Could this be coincidental? Perhaps I'll never know.

I ordered 2 tubes of Rugby eye ointment, paid for 2 tubes of eye ointment and only received 1 tube. I immediately sent an email as provided on their website, same day as delivery of tube. It was a Saturday, 3-23-24. Sent a 2nd email on Monday, 3-25-24. I have provided them with 2 full regular working days to respond, and have not received a response of any sort. I want the 2nd tube I paid for sent, I am not asking for a refund. It appears this company does not respond to issues. Review will be updated as appropriate.

The online team is unhelpful. I want to send 20 tubes of Rugby sidium chloride 5% eye ointment to my brother who resides overseas via MYUS.com ( a logistic agent in NY ) . Sent an email to customer service before X'mas and asked if a team member can unbox all the tubes and pack them into small box so the package wil get dropped off by the unit if my brother is not home instead of being taken to the post office which is not open on Saturday. No reply at all.
Thought I might have got the email address wrong, and resend message again. Got a reply saying they don't ship to overseas desepite the fact that I stated clearly in my email that i intend to use MYUS.com to ship the order !!!! I explained the reason for my request to unbox the tubes again but in the end, there is no reply still. Very unhelpful staff and extremely poor service, stay away from them. I hope the owner gets to read this review so he knows how his employee treats his customer.

Outstanding service. Ordered item September 27th, item arrived 4th October. Customer care 5 stars keeping you updated on the shipping etc.
My order was not made within the USA but the UK. I’m still waiting for an item that was ordered (Not Hargreaves’s) in the UK & still to arrive.

Ordered a product for delivery to the UK. Product was delivered to another address 100 miles away. Royal Mail say only the sender can query delivery. Have tried to contact Hargraves using 3 different methods (contact page on website, info@ and contact@ email addresses) and they have not replied to any of them. Poor service.
I will be happy to amend this review if the issue is resolved.

I was able to order medications not readily available in UK and certainly not at these good prices. The order process was so easy and I received regular updates to track the shipment. I received my order within 2.5 weeks which was superb. I highly recommend this company

Ordered some nasal spray through Amazon an it says its delivered on the 10 of June to fort Payne but I live in Geraldine guess this will be the last time I order anything from yall in the future it was a waste of 15 dollars

I've been using Hargraves for quite a while now and I've never been unsatisfied with anything they do. They have cost-effective prices and such a large variety of OTC medication that you can find just about anything you're looking for. The shipping is nice because you can track your order easily. I would highly recommend anyone to use Hargraves if you don't want to go to a pharmacy just to get your medication. Just have it shipped "right to your door", as the saying goes. 11 out of 10 keep doing a great job and I thank you for making my life easier.

I received orders before really fast, but the last order of $100 was never received. I want a refund.

Bad customer service, product information not complete, and strict refund/return policy is not disclosed before purchasing. Their customer service representatives would benefit from professional customer service training. Be careful, not all product information is listed. Also, read their refund/return policy before you purchase. It's not easy to find on their website. They have a 15% restocking fee on products that are on their selves. Restocking fees are typically reserved for special orders. Also, their mobile website version is not performing well.

I got their Version of poly vi sol by Enfamil and it was great! I use it for my Quail and my dogs and they have lived long lives, except the one the vet killed. I love their fast service and the quality of product. Good place!

Easy to order, prices and delivery are good.

I previously wrote an erroneous review, and apologize for the mix-up. I got my vendors confused and the other problem has been resolved. I am very happy with Hargrave's service - it was accurate, prompt, and I was able to order a product that has been otherwise hard to find.
