Stewart Hardy has been servicing our Vaillant boiler for some years now and we have always been very impressed with his diligence and timekeeping. Last Monday, 21 January 2019, we arrived home after lunch to find water gushing from a split flexible pipe serving the bathroom wash basin hot tap. Fortunately workmen from next door were able to turn the water off. We then phoned Hardy Heating and Stewart, despite being off work ill, came out straight away and replaced the faulty flexible pipe. We were so relieved to have the problem solved and his charge was very reasonable as well. We always felt that we could rely on Stewart and, when it really mattered, he came up trumps. Many thanks Stewart!

Terrible service.
Was quoted a price for a new boiler and thermostat installation. Unfortunately we had to have our front door replaced at the same time and I was staying home with our new baby so we couldn't afford everything at once. I requested that they keep the quote 'live' for a year so we could get the boiler replaced with them as soon as we could afford it. Not three weeks later we contacted them again and requested the installation and I paid the required deposit. Charlotte (I assume the secretary, though she didn't seem to have any training in customer service!) tried to tell me the deposit I sent wasn't enough, and as soon as I emailed her with the original quote, they cancelled the installation and told me I should look elsewhere for someone to do the installation! Not even a phone call. Clearly didn't want to honour their original quote.

Quick response to my call when our boiler broke down. We had previously been told by British Gas that parts were no longer available. Hardy Heating got the parts within a few hours and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price.

I booked in my service and the lady I spoke to was really helpful and polite. When the engineer arrived he was firstly on time (amazing!) And secondly very knowledgeable and polite. He was efficient and was able to give me lots of advice. I'll definately be using them again. Plus, the price is really competitive.

Hardy Heating have been servicing my boilers since I've owned my property. I highly recommend them as they're always on time and always do a great job.

I bought a groupon for a boiler service with Hardy Heating. I have had many services in the past where engineers rush in and out. Hardy Heating were very efficient and thorough - I felt like time was spent on servicing my boiler and it was done properly. I will definitely use them again next year

The engineer turned up on time, and quickly fixed my central heating! I only phoned this morning! I am so pleased. Good price too

Called them for an appointment a week after, took my day off and waiting for the engineer, he didn't turn up, called them on the same day, got told the engineer would give me a call, it never happened.

Wait for another day, the engineer still not turned up or called, they are not responsive at all, strongly recommend avoid this company.
