worst company for individuals
My experience working at Harbins has been highly unsatisfactory and challenging. The overall work environment is quite toxic, largely due to management practices that lack professionalism and employee support. Instead of fostering a positive and collaborative culture, there is excessive pressure and a noticeable lack of respect toward employees.
One of the most concerning aspects is the workload and work-life balance. Employees are frequently expected to work beyond official office hours without proper compensation or acknowledgment. This creates unnecessary stress and makes it difficult to maintain a healthy balance between personal and professional life.
The HR department, which should ideally serve as a support system for employees, has unfortunately been a major source of concern. Interactions often feel unprofessional, and employee issues are not handled with the seriousness or respect they deserve. In particular, my experience with Miss Sabahat in HR has been extremely disappointing, as the approach toward employees comes across as dismissive rather than supportive.
Additionally, there are ongoing issues related to salary management. Payments are not always made on time, and there have been instances of unexplained deductions, which further impacts employee morale and trust.
There also appears to be very limited opportunity for growth and development within the organization, making it difficult for employees to build a long-term career.
Overall, I would not recommend Harbins to individuals seeking a professional work environment, fair compensation, and respectful workplace culture.
