Well what can I say
I had I lovely man called Mike that helped me so much
I suffer from anxiety really bad on the phone
Mike had a calm voice
So my anxiety was ok
Mike told me to take my time
He told me exactly what was needed he went above and beyond
And me and my husband can't thank him enough
If there was more than five stars 🌟 I would give him a million thankyou so much
And for keeping me calm while my anxiety wasn't great

What a fantastic company I would 1000% recommend them to anyone ! Answered calls asap nothing to much trouble guided and helped me get great motor and made sure I had extended warranty and AA approved Zack dealt with me and is an absolute legend in my eyes nothing to much trouble and really professional and friendly thanks happy motor finance and a massive thanks to Zack the legend !!! 😊👍

Absolutely amazing. Helped with every step of the way and explained everything. Didn’t push me and just guided me. This is my first time using this company and I would highly recommend them! Nothing was too much trouble. I must have sent about 20 cars for them to check and at no point did the customer service drop or did I ever feel I was putting the team out. They just helped and were patient. Big shout out to Ali and the team….I have a decent new motor and it was these guys that helped make it happen, thank you!

I spoke with kirsty from happy motor finance and not only did she seal the deal for me on my first 125 motorbike she was always on call to assist me with any issues that I had with the process, kirsty is a credit to the company her customer service was well above board and i know this as i use to work in the financial sector myself and in vehicle sales the only issue she couldn't solve would be an issue with the finance company ie they wouldn't finance a certain type of vehicle or they wouldn't cover negative equity without a deposit which was out of her hands however she would always try other solutions or keep me informed 5 * service I would happily use happy motor finance again because of kirsty
