I placed an order for $119 and received exactly NOTHING. I've tried to contact them in every way I can think of, but I'm only told that the order was received in my mailbox by USPS. Please explain to me how 2 patio sets fit in my mailbox. I've tried numerous times to tell them that they have the wrong order and that the patio sets would have had to been brought down our driveway to be unloaded. I also advised that the PO doesn't deliver big packages here. It would have been some company that delivers big boxes. Still no answers. I requested a number to call, but this was not provided. I can't even imagine how these people sleep at night knowing that they are taking people's money like they are.

This site is a scam. I have called my credit card company, and have disputed the charge. I wish I would have seen this before I made my purchase of $169.99. It's sad that there are such dishonest people in the world.

This company will rip you off. It has been over two months and I still have not received my product. I wrote to them and they said it was out their control. Poor service and no product! I should have read the reviews before!

Made an order for several tops and have not received ANYTHING other than postings in my checking account... TAKING MY MONEY HAPPENRD THE SAME DAY OF ORDER!!! SCAMMERS DO ...NOT... ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Terrible products and dishonest company. They send boxes with nothing but heavy cardboard on box. Never sent the $400 product and then declined refunding. I’ve had to report them to amazon and consumer trade to report them to all online distributors. Stay aware fro this vendor at all costs. They will rip you off.

i had a good exprience with happy wholesale - or at least the one from AMAZON that sells candy n toys, not the clothing company. I think people are mixing the 2 up

Ordered my product over 6 weeks ago and have received nothing. I had an email to say it was delivered successfully and no sign off it? When I have emailed numerous times no reply and tracking number doesn’t work either. This is obviously a scam I wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered anything!!

This is a total SCAM don't buy the product from them.I did order by
mistake and email to cancel the the order.on line agent response the next day that the warehouse is already shipping the my order.I email
back to cancel right a away.When i order from Amazon and refund at once.Plus I have to pay shipping for the return too.This is lesson for me too!!

I made an order six weeks ago. INFUSED EDIBLES. It's been in transit now for over a month. Cant get a response. I'm not happy. I would like to have my money back for this stressful inconvenience. Anyone know a good lawyer???

Hi there, I read 2 reviews for this website. I can say that I'm unhappy because I order form this website in sept 21,,,,2010. And until now i don't receive any tracking number. What's more they dissabled my account... it means i can't log in or see my order. I tried to reach any of the persons online, but what a heck!!!! they are never online. it says 24 hours online!!!!! I sent many messages to them and until now any luck. This is my first experience with them. I belive what "Lili"said in the first review . I regret I left carlvinoparis for this kind of unprofesional webiste.
Please Lili let me know if you get you order or no. I'll appreciate it.

Actually, at first i really love to shop at HW.
i shopped 5 times and i dont have a problem with that.
Im happy with their service, and the goods delivered well with DPEX.

But I REALLY DISAPPOINTED NOW..

I have 133US$ purchased at 9 September 2010.
Suddenly the day after purchased, their Website can't be accessed.
I cant check my order, and i dont know how bout the status of my order.

then i try to send them a message on their Facebook account (korean online shopping, CMIIW)..... THEY DIDN't Give me RESPON.

ya. ok.. then i try to open the wesbite.
and really disappointed when my last order not appear in my order list.
i try to do "LIVE CHAT" to them., no one answered

Then i give them email. they said my order was packed.

ok, then i want to check my order, the order list in my account still not appear.. i try to do live chat, no one answered.

but.. yesterday 28 septmber. i still not received my goods!
it's been 20 days and my customers asking me several times bout their order...

I do live chat with coco. and asking bout my track number. they said it's mid-autumn, so the delivered sent several days AGO.

THey ask me my data. my name, address, phone number and what shipping i use.

after that, they give me the track number.

i cant check the track number they gave in DPEX website.
THEY told me to check the track number tomorrow.

now i checkd. i still cant check in DPEX website.

WHAT's Wrong??!
Did they really sent the good to me several days Ago??
or they just sent the goods YEsterday???

now i really confuse and wonder...
did they really sent the GOODS to me??

i really cant trust them... maybe they just sent the goods yesterday..
(20 days after payment.. not like their promiseees they wrote on the website :( )

REALLY NOT PROFESSIONAL....!!!!

1.they dont have a process to verify orders.they will sende your orders right away after payment even if the other goods are out of stock.what happened was i had overpayment due to out of stock items and they informed me that I CAN USE it for my next order however when i ordered again no one's replying and they forgot about it. Ive been contacting COCO and LEE (CS Reps) to inform them and inquire but they dont answer. No reply. The last straw was after telling me to email a certain email address when i logged in to check on the status my account was already disabled. MY ACCOUNT WAS DISABLED SO I WONT BE ABLE TO SEE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER AND THE REFUND WILL BE THEIRS BECAUSE THERE'S NO RECORD ANYMORE.

THIS IS A SCAM. THEY DONT DO BUSINESS WELL. THEYRE SCAMMING ON PEOPLE. I READ OTHER REVIEWS AND IM NOT ALONE.
