Avoid them
The "high quality " bath filler which was fitted less than 1 year ago has already broken and whilst customer service are happy to tell me the problem they are very reluctant to honour the 5 year guarantee. So I am stuck with a bath that doesn't work.

I would highly recommend saving your money and avoid using this company.
Spent just under £2k on a shower.
Had a professional plumber fit it however,
On fitting it he dryfited everything to check the connections were not leaking.
The valve handle that clicks into place, simply does not come off!!!
He spent 2 hours trying, pulling any more would break the shower and casue more damage!
Customer service said it should be difficult to remove and we should put a foot on the wall and pull until it breaks off!!!
They would not accept any responsibility or even send an engineer to inspect it.
Furthermore they said they refuse to provide a replacement part!
Not only that, they wanted me to pay another +£500 for a new part so I could use the unused brand new shower!!!
What is even worse is a quick Google search found the same part for HUNDREDS of pounds less, so not only won't they honour any warranty for a new shower bit they just want to maximise profit over ANY Customer service!!!
Imagine the issues you will have trying to get parts for your shower or dealing with any claims.
Avoid these cowboys!!!
Products great. New parts expensive!
The products are great but a word of warning - parts are way too expensive. I've had to replace the connector hoses on my old taps and you can only use Hansgrohe replacements (seems like the thread pitch is unique). Cost of 2 hoses? £70! That's just ridiculous.

Was really impressed with customer service from Lewis Kyberd. I have an old shower mixer and needed some help. Firstly, Lewis was very helpful on the phone and once I had sent in photos, he sent me a data sheet for that particular model. Thanks Lewis.

Delivery dates let them down.
They are so helpful that I should give them five stars, but sadly, the delivery disappoints.
They do not give a tracking number or date, and finally, when I got a date on an invoice days later, it never came on that date, so I phoned, and they said it would be with me the next day. It did not come. Finally, it came days after it should have. We, like most people, wait in to get packages, especially with the companies that require a signature. My advice is to sort this tracking out, and you'll get nothing but five stars.

The Hansgrohe attitude to customer service, ongoing support and customer retention is exceptional. Their products are of the highest quality in my opinion and can be relied upon to stand the test of time.

Excellent customer service, Daniel Hubbard has resolved our issue and provided the correct part, to fix a leak on our shower. The part was despatched to us on the same afternoon of our conversation with Daniel, received within 48 hours. We are really impressed with the customer service provided.

This is an examplar of how getting…
This is an examplar of how getting support from a big company should be. Although my my issue replacing a minor part of a bath shower was actually quite trivial (existing control knob did not fit the latest revision of the device it was attached to), Hansgrohe support were very professional & attentive.
In the end, they supplied f.o.c. from their German parent, the uprated part in three days. This fitted perfectly and will probably outlast the bath and its' owner! Job done.
Replacement shower valve
Called Hansgrohe customer support regarding the replacement of an on/off shower valve that I had recently purchased. Emma kindly provided an exploded diagram of the complete shower cartridge which resolved the technical issue. Great support provided in a very timely fashion.
