Very poor Customer service - they wasted my time and there was a person called Alessio who made me feel that he was doing me a favour - Zero Stars - he did not want to honour the 5 year warranty and even told me to use pliers to remove the brocken fitting whereas he should have sent the hole part

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I have had Hansgrohe taps throughout my home for many years and the quality is first class.
What makes this company so special however is the superb customer service and after-sales support which is second-to-none. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile if you have any kind of query or issue.
Special thanks go to Ben Bushell in the Technical Dept. and the South Area engineer Leigh who were super helpful recently.

Tap M2 Cartridge
Brand new bathroom in 2019, have had to replace the cartridge on wash basin tap 3 times, was replaced in Nov 23, Nov 24 and again requires to be replaced.
Am contemplating replacing the tap completely with a different brand.!!
Since emailing customer services and writing this review they are sending me a replacement cartridge and instructions as to cleaning filters etc.

I had an issue with the Tecturis washbasin tap. Resultantly, I contacted Customer Services, and spoke with Ben Bushell. I appreciate the fact that he listened to the issues that I have been encountering, and provided very sound judgement re the solution. A visit was arranged very quickly for Danny Dawson the engineer to deal with the problem. I am very satisfied with the solution, and I must indicate that Hansgrohe is very fortunate to have them on board. They are polite, professional, knowledgeable, presentable, and have a clear idea of how to provide a positive experience for clients. Definite assets to your company. Very well done, Ben & Danny.

Excellent service
I spoke to the team a few weeks ago because of an issue with my shower. I spoke to a lady who was incredibly helpful and knew exactly how to solve my issue. Less than 24 hours later, I received the part and once again called in, this time I spoke to a friendly gentleman called Giles. His technical knowledge was outstanding and he was able to talk me, a very not-hands on person, through replacing the part and now my shower is back to working perfectly.
Truly excellent and efficient customer service, 10/10 would recommend.
After Sales Support - Buy The Best
I felt I needed to let everyone know what a fantastic company this is, for after sales customer service. I was recommended to use Hansgrohe for all my taps/shower/bath valves, when building my own property. I wanted a very high end, modern finish, which Hansgrohe delivered. I purchased 10 separate products and have been delighted with the quality and how they seamlessly integrate into my bathrooms and kitchen. On Monday, I had a slight issue with one of my taps, I made an enquiry on the Hansgrohe website in the morning, by the afternoon, I was being sent a brand new replacement tap and it arrived 2 days after speaking to them …….what a service. I can’t thank Emma enough at Head Office, she requested photos of my issue and immediately sanctioned a replacement, which was amazing. If you need bathroom accessories/products, buy the best, Hansgrohe all the way !!

Very good customer service. We had an issue with a shower hose which had the result of the shower having less pressure than it should and it had deteriorated over time. A quick message to support and they helpfully are sending a new one out. Very speedy and courteous customer service.

I had bath taps that were around 15 years old and had no idea if I could get spare parts for them. I emailed a photo of the taps and Alessio replied so quickly with the details of the taps along with part numbers for the replacement parts.

Fantastic after care to improve my installation
Having installed a Hans Grohe shower, we needed more information to improve the intensity of the shower we'd recently installed. We arrived unannounced at the store in City Road, London only to find it wasn't for end consumers. We knocked on the door and Annalise Spencer opened up for us and spent a long time explaining and showing us everything we wanted to know. A follow up technical call and video session with Ben Bushell provided even more information regarding the pressure requirements at outlet and how these compare to the output from my boiler. I now feel well informed to make the right decisions to improve our experience in the bathroom. Thank you both for great and knowledgeable customer service. I remain a fan of Hans Grohe. It was great to be able to access Ben's knowledge over a video call to show him what we were experiencing

Hansgrohe Customer Services were extremely helpful when I problems removing a stuck tap cartridge. Ben Bushell and Hannah Houston, in particular, were great. They sent me instructions, took multiple phone calls, and even set up a video to talk me through the process.
