It’s “Egypt Birthday Trip” for me, we were on a private tour of 6 people, everything was simply top class from beginning to the end, the owner Mr Abdo amazingly was available to assist us very much 24/7, our tour guide Mr Ahmed (an archaeologist with over 15 years experience) & Mr Mahmoud was top class, they are both highly knowledgeable, very helpful & super professional.

Our tour include visiting all the main attractions at Cairo, Aswan, Luxor, Hurghada plus the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum, camel riding, chariot horse ride, ATV + buggy ride at the Sahara Desert, dolphin watching, snorkeling & speed boat ride at the Red Sea & many more, its packed but remarkably smooth as it’s very well organized by Mr Abdo & his team.

The owner Mr Abdo surprised me with not 1 but 2 birthday cakes ! We are very pleased & deeply grateful to Mr Abdo & his team for making our trip a remarkable experience indeed.

What had the most wonderful experience in Egypt thanks to Abdo from Osiris. He and his team organized our entire itinerary in Cairo, Aswan and Luxor and offered many fabulous recommendations (The Dahabiya cruise) on places to stay (Hilton in Luxor with an amazing view of the Valley of the Kings) and things to see! Best of all, he helped us find the most perfect souvenir for our honey moon - a gold cartouche from an exceptional local jeweller in Luxor. I would recommend him to anyone who’s interested in visiting Egypt in a small curated private group.

My name is Karo and I am from Denmark. My boyfriend and I went to Egypt with Half Moon Travel, and our guide Abdo was very kind and helpful.

In Cairo, we saw the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Walking among those ancient stones felt unreal. We also visited the Egyptian Museum, where we saw beautiful treasures of King Tutankhamun. Abdo explained everything clearly and answered all our questions.

Then we enjoyed a five-star cruise on the Nile. Each morning we woke up to calm water and soft sunshine. The food on board was tasty, and the cabin was comfortable. Abdo joined us at the temples of Kom Ombo and Edfu. He told simple stories about the gods Sobek and Horus, which made the visits more interesting.

Finally, in Luxor we explored the huge columns of Karnak Temple, the hidden tombs in the Valley of the Kings, and the elegant Hatshepsut Temple. Even in the heat, it felt amazing to walk through these places. Abdo always made sure we felt safe and enjoyed every moment.

Overall, Half Moon Travel and Abdo made our trip easy and so much fun I learned so much about Egypt’s history and felt welcome the whole time. I hope to go back one day! Thanks Abdo and your team.

I loved this tour! The day tour to the Valley of the Kings was very well organized. The group size was just right, creating a relaxed atmosphere.

Had the pleasure of being referred to Abdo the owner of Half Moon Travel from a friend who had recently went on one of their multi day tours. Unfortunately, due my time restrains I went on a last minute single day excursion of Cairo as I was flying out the next day. He actually gave me a custom tour due to my schedule and man what a great day it was. Got a locals perspective of what street food is all about. We ventured to the West Elbalad area and hopped around from place to place and ate smoked beef ribs and bbq lamb chops with a tahini ballads salad. Man. What an experience. Abdo. Thank you so much for the great laughs and fun times along with the yummiest food ever. Next time I will for sure book a long trip with you and your team.
