In the summery of my order was "Shipping £9.99 via Flat rate". I payed. More than 2 weeks later contacted me czech post - it has a package for me for and I have to pay £15.00 additionaly for shipping.

Thank you for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear of your problem.
Unfortunately I don't feel Hairshark deserve a 1 star rating from you at this stage after review.
If your local delivery service have decided to add extra taxes charges then I believe this is an issue you need to take up with them. If you take into account that we charge £10 international (which is an extremely competitive price) and they've added another £15 then this means the rate would be £25 -which is totally unacceptable. This is a matter that needs to disputed with your local delivery office as it has nothing to do with Hairshark and I would suggest there is something amiss with the company.
We also do kindly ask that reviews are left regarding the brush itself. Meaning the quality and effectiveness of the product. This matter I believe isn't related to anything we have control over.
Once again I'm sorry to hear you've had this problem and hope you can get it resolved.

Ordered 22 Dec.2019....got it 18 days after....so I was thinking at least 21days...very excited when it was posted to me today
My God! It really does give a lot of volume and smoothing as it claims....I have 2 teasing brushes...but the "shark" beats them 100%... I tried it on my 94yrs. " young" mum and she's got thinner hair and honestly her hair volume doubled...she looked into my mirror and said" wow it's thicker!
Wonderful product...would recommend this to everyone..

Not sure it is going to work
I have just bought the Hairshark not sure it is going to work as they say, I have not really tried it I have watched the video on line all they seem to do is backcomb the hair smooth over, and really I can do just the same with a normal brush. I will try it but I think it could have been a really bad buy for me £19.99 down the drain.
Since sending the above review I have tried the Hairshark Brush and I myself find just doing a little back combing and smoothing it over with a comb, works better for me. I still give it 3 stars

I’ve just been notified of this review and was a little confused to be a left a three star rating but to also read you haven’t yet used the brush?
As a small business we rely heavily on our accurate and honest trust pilot reviews and star rating. We work extremely hard to ensure our star rating is high so when a review is left, we act quickly if we need to, so our customers are happy. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product, customer service and social media interaction. When a review is left that reduces our star rating it genuinely hurts us.
I would kindly ask you please remove your review until actually using the brush and deciding if you like it or not, as there’s really not much we can do until you have. Just to touch on your initial comments regarding the brush itself- yes you’re correct regarding the method however you would not be able to achieve the same results with other standard hair tools. This is due the quality of the components used in Hairshark, the configuration of the bristles and the patented shark fins used for smoothing, that ensure you don’t remove any of the backcomb once it is in place.

I recently had trouble receiving my hair shark back comb brush. After speaking with the customer service they were very quick to respond and get a new one sent out to me very quickly in time for Christmas. Excellent customer service from someone called Ryan.

Highly Recommended
Brush is excellent and easy to use! I have long thick hair which can lack bounce and this was perfect for adding volume to my roots.

LOVE THE HAIRSHARK
OMG!! I bought this brush on Black Friday and I LOVE IT. I have really fine hair and struggle to create any hairstyle but the hairshark made It so easy. i was really scared to use the brush, I had a fear of the damage backcombing could cause, I was so shocked to see that there was no breakage. Amazing brush would defo recommend, its worth the try. 🤯😍
