Schöne Produkte, die angenehm riechen und halten, was sie versprechen. Ich persönlich benutze die Curl Produkte und freue mich immer schon auf den guten Geruch bei morgendlichen Refresh.
Das Problem mit einer verlorengegangene Lieferung, die ich bereits bezahlt hatte, wurde nach einigem Hin und Her, das v.a. vom grottigen Kundenservice von Hermes verursacht wurde, zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit gelöst.

44€ für einen fettigen Haaransatz - nein danke. Besseres Wachstum oder volleres Haar habe ich bisher auch nicht festgestellt, halte den komischen Film auf den Haaren aber nicht mehr und werde das Shampoo wechseln. Würde auf gar keinen Fall nochmal kaufen noch irgendwem empfehlen. Schade.

Our shampoo and conditioner are both slightly different in texture compared to other shampoos and conditioners, and they do not provide the same softness after initial use. This is completely intentional. They are natural and organically certified and therefore do not contain harmful or unwanted chemicals, which can be extremely harmful and drying for hair and scalp, and which are actually found in the vast majority of shampoos and conditioners. These harmful ingredients are, among other things, parabens, phthalates, sulfates and silicone.
Here are some tips on how to use the product:
Reverse hair wash: This unique method involves applying conditioner first and focusing primarily on the ends of the hair. It is important to avoid applying conditioner near the scalp. Leave the conditioner on for 1-2 minutes, then rinse it out and follow up with shampoo. The reverse washing technique can be particularly beneficial for those with finer hair types as it provides conditioning benefits without weighing the hair down too much.
Double shampooing: Another effective technique is double shampooing, a two-step process that provides a thorough cleansing. Start by wetting the hair and massaging a small amount of shampoo into the scalp, followed by a rinse. For the second wash, massage the shampoo into the entire length of the hair. This extra wash activates the foaming effect of the shampoo and effectively removes stubborn residues of accumulated products and oils.
It is important to ensure a thorough rinse before exiting the shower. Incomplete product removal can result in a greasy appearance, which is especially important when dealing with hard water that complicates the process of washing away product residues and oils.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Produktlinie grow perfekt. Ich habe feines, immer dünner werdendes Haar. Seit ich die Pflegeprodukte benutze, sind meine Haare nicht mehr dünner geworden. Sie sind jetzt auch nicht mehr so trocken und glänzen wieder. Auch die Kopfhaut juckt nicht mehr, wie es vorher der Fall war. Besonders wichtig ist mir, daß in den Produkten keine gesundheitlich schädigenden Bestandteile enthalten sind.

Leichter Bestellvorgang, schnelle Lieferung, tolle Produkte. Bin begeistert vom Haaröl und dem Sonnenschutz für die Haare. Vor allem, dass das Haaröl absolut nicht beschwert und die Haare auch nicht fettig aussehen lässt, hat mich sehr überrascht und beeindruckt. Meine Haare sehen damit viel gesünder, voller und glänzender aus. Einziges, kleines Manko: der Sonnenschutz für die Haare ist in einer Plastikflasche. Bei dem Preis und der Hochwertigkeit der Produkte hätte es ruhig auch in einer Glasflasche sein können. Aber das ist "Meckern" auf hohem Niveau, denn die natürlichen Inhaltsstoffe sind echt top.

Ich benutze seit einiger Zeit die Curl Crush-Serie und bin sehr begeistert. Meine Locken glänzen, fallen sehr schön und auch nach ein bis zwei Tagen ist es noch Spannung in den Locken. Der Geruch ist angenehm und nicht aufdringlich und die Pflegewirkung absolut zu empfehlen. Meine Suche nach der optimalen Lockenpflege ist hier beendet, bei Hairlust werde ich bleiben. Der Moisture Hero ist ein tolles Produkt für trockene Locken, ich benutze das Produkt über Nacht und der Effekt erstaunt mich immer wieder. Meine Anfrage wegen Nachfüll-Packungen wurde sehr nett, freundlich und persönlich beantwortet, es scheint da schon Planungen zu geben, was mich sehr freut. Ich habe nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht und freue mich, dass ich diese wunderbaren Produkte gefunden habe.

Scalp Delight Bundle Set
Habe mir das Scalp Delight Bundle Set bestellt, da ich mich auf all die guten Bewertungen verlassen hab. Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Die Haare werden sehr stumpf nach dem Waschen trotz spüllung fühlen sich die Haare wie Stroh an und lassen sich gar nicht durchkämmen. 🥺 Würde das Shampoo nicht weiter empfehlen, Schade um das viele Geld. Auf Anfragen wird immer Englisch geantwortet obwohl man Deutsch schreibt, so das man nochmal schreiben muss, wenn man die Englische Sprache nicht gut kann. Sehr Schade.

Perfect Grow - ein No No für mich
Die Bestellung & Lieferung war sehr unkompliziert und hat tadellos funktioniert.
Das Shampoo und der Conditioner... leider nicht.
Ich habe sehr feines Haar und wasche alle zwei Tage, aber ich musste zwei Mal waschen und hatte immer noch das Gefühl, die Kopfhaut ist nicht richtig sauber, der Conditioner ist einfach irgendwas, von Pflege merke ich nichts.
Nach dem Föhnen waren die Haare dann irgendwie sowohl etwas ölig als auch trocken, keine Ahnung wie das überhaupt möglich ist.
Der Duft ist gut, aber ich werde es nicht weiter verwenden. Schade eigentlich, bei dem Preis...

Ich habe das Volumen Shampoo gekauft und kann nur sagen das es ein Fehlkauf war. Die Haare sind nachdem waschen fettig und völlig frizz.. Mein Mann hat es auch ausprobiert bei ihm dasselbe.. schade für das Geld.. würde es nicht weiter empfehlen, bleibe bei meinem anderen Shampoo von dem Coiffeur.

Das erste Mal dort bestellt. Was mich ja total nervt, ist, dass ich als erstes geDuzt werde. Was soll das? Sind wir schon mal Kaffee triken gewesen? Ich möchte, wie sich das unter höflichen Menschen gehört, geSiezet werden! Dann habe ich keine Benachrichtigung bekommen, dass das Paket zur Abholung irgendwo rumliegt. Ich warte und warte und warte und lese dann in einer "Update zu deiner Bestellung" (Und nicht Versandt-Mail!) -Mail, dass ich selbst hätte auf der Lauer liegen sollen und gucken sollen, wann das paket kommt. Von so einem teuren Hersteller, erwarte ich einen besseren Service. Das Paket wird jetzt nach 10 Tagen zurück geschickt, weil ich nicht wusste, dass es in einem Hermes Shop rumliegt, OBWOHL ICH ZU EINER PACKSTATION bestellt habe. Benachtigung von Hermes habe ich NATÜRLICH NICHT erhalten. Wie immer!! Typisch für den Billig Anbieter Hermes. Das für ein Reinfall!!!! Nie wieder Hairfrust!!
