Abysmal experience at this clinic during a Hydrafacial with "Dr" Rubia. The team is completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Scheduling was chaotic with constant phone calls. "Dr" Rubia skipped basic skin assessments and used painful, aggressive pressure with no serums. Instead of clearing blackheads, she left me unattended to chat with staff. Zero aftercare left my skin deeply irritated before a wedding. Staff fobbed me off, ignored clients for phones, and openly laughed at me. Avoid this place.

What a wonderful in that clinic. I've been doing Botox and cheeks fillers. I never had any problems. I trust this clinic in Birmingham. They simply know,what they are doing.

Great place! I have been there three times ,and they were all great. I had a plasma treatment and a hydra facial treatment, and the results were amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially, the therapist who adviced me on a facial routine which ended up being perfect for my skin type .
