Very little actual direct contact from the hiring company
I have 5 applications or interviews waiting on a company response for as much as 7 months. Hackajob should make it mandatory for the hiring firm to provide feedback to an interview or application within a certain time frame.

On hackajob, companies reach out to you vs you reaching out to them, they can only reach out if you're a match, to avoid wasted time for either yourself or the company.
Your only desired job title is Product Manager - 0-1 years, meaning you'd only match to Product Manager roles for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, given the majority of your experience is as a Software Engineer and your salary expectations are higher than would be expected for an entry level Product Manager role, this combo isn't going to produce any matches.

Engagement is better following a bit of a lull
I have been signed up with Hackajob for some years now, and they actually connected me to one of my most recent jobs. Since that time, however, they have not been as interactive, but recently, I started seeing some push from the account managers to make things happen. I would advise you connect with your account manager and work together with them to make this relationship work for the betterment of both you and Hackajob. It can only get better. Hopefully, that applies to my pursuits as well in the near future

I'm sorry to hear this is the feeling we've left you with. I can assure you any role advertised by us is a geniuine role on platform.
I've taken a look and can see why you'd feel this way, unfortunately we just don't have a lot of jobs in India at the entry/junior level of experience, where we do have a handful they're not matching your profile - we do appreciate this lack of transparency can feel very jarring though, and we're working on deploying some updates before the end of February that will be much more transparent as to why you are/aren't matching roles & will give you some agency to make the first move where you do match.
