We received the bag yesterday and my daughter was over the moon! Have a lot of space to put all the equipment inside and the material looks very good quality!

I managed to order the wrong item and only realised when the order was ready to ship. I was able to get hold of customer services very quickly and although the item I wanted was out of stock they were able to recommend another perfect item which they switched for my original order and it arrived the next day. So helpful!

I had a message from Inna as she was packing my items as she had realised that I might have ordered the wrong size hoop relative to the other items i had ordered. She then asked a few questions and despatched a much better and cheaper hoop for my daughter and processed the refund. The customer service was great and the items were top quality.

My go to company for all things needed for Rhythmic Gymnastics. I recently made an order and realised the delivery address was wrong after the transaction. I emailed in a panic thinking it would be a nightmare to get through to someone. How wrong was I? I got a response almost within minutes reassuring me that the address issue resolved and with such a lovely helpful attitude. Not only that, I realised I had ordered the wrong colour hoop tape and emailed again, thinking I would be deemed a pain at this point. Not at all, I received an immediate response reassuring me it was no problem to change the colour. No waiting or wondering. All down to Inna’s exceptional customer service skills. I wish all companies were this caring about their customers, the world of online purchases would be a better place if there were more Inna’s dealing with customer issues. I was over impressed. The quality of items is always spot on and the prices of equipment are much more value than anywhere else in the UK. Thank you Inna for taking the stress out of the way for me. You are amazing!!!
