The products I bought are great products. The tuners are solid and smooth operating, the roller bridge and tail piece are solid parts. The biggest problem with this company is the shipping times and the fact that it doesn’t coincide with their printed shipping schedule. I also didn’t receive the guitar picks that were supposed to be included as a bonus.

Product looks great, service was great and delivery was quick from outside my country.

Easy ordering processes, reasonable price and shipping, and prompt delivery. Excellent overall experience.

I couldn't give you a 5 star because one of the orders was wrong I ordered black color and got chrome ones other than that everything is good quality.

I insured all measurements in the schematic on their website matched my existing tuners that needed replacement before ordering. Your ad said the tuners would fit Telecasters, and Strats. It didnt mention they had to be USA guitars. My Telly was made in Korea a,d they do not fit. You could've saved alot of people alot of work and $ if you mentioned that in your ad. Guess its all abour the money and not the customers.
