Over a year after the guttering had been fitted we noticed that the gutters were overflowing. The Gutter and Cladding Company came back to investigate the problem and discovered that the cause related to a blocked soakaway which had not been previously detected. They were unable to deal with unblocking the soakaway but we were then able to rectify the problem thanks to their identifying the cause.

Good quality work carried out professionally and efficiently

Replaced tile cladding with concrete board and insulation. Great price, fast, efficient and clean. Lads were friendly and did a very neat job. Difference it has made to the temperature of our previously freezing house (despite the rest of it being well insulated) is amazing... best money we have spent on our house. Recommended.

The guys working on our house did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the finished cladding.

Not so good was the long wait for the work to be completed.

From quote to installation, the whole process was handled professionally. The guys who did the installation (cladding three dormers and fascia, soffits & guttering to them) were very professional, and cleaned everything away at the end of the job. We were very pleased with the result and the house looks much smarter and is noticeably warmer for the cladding. We have just got them back for further work on the garage.

From the beginning when a date and time for quote given, to the completion of the job, all went as planned. |Notifications excellent, timings etc too.

Booked in June for August fitting, however subject to several delays (rumoured be due to it being a smaller job). Eventually fitted in October by 2 really good guys. Was left with scaffolding for a week after the work was complete, which made house access awkward. Again guys doing the work were good at what they do. Communication was the biggest issue, salesman seemed in a hurry and we were billed before the scaffold was removed I.e. before the job was finished.

We had guttering and soffits replaced and replacement cladding on the front aspect of the house. We were very pleased with the work done; Tony even worked on Saturday and Sunday to finish the job in time. Everything was tidy on completion and the rubbish was taken away. An excellent job and would definitely recommend this Company.

The fitters worked from the time they arrived to the end of day and the workmanship was brilliant. They cleared up behind themselves and were very informative when asked questions. Great job

Firstly a big thank you to Tyrone and Ben who fitted to new cladding to our home in some seriously high temperatures. The standard of cutting was very precise and neat.

The job did over run on time for a few reasons. Firstly the quantities of materials order fell short from initial site inspection. Secondly, it would have been helpful to have been shown the joining options during our site inspection to connect the cladding planks along the short edge. This left myself and my wife having to make spare of the moment discussions on something that could have been made easier with a little more thought before the job was started.

Tyrone and Ben went the extra mile to ensure our cladding installation was completed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the outcome. There were few delays, interruptions caused by holidays, weather and more cladding being needed but these were all easily overcome.

We had our gutters fascias and cladding done and are very pleased with the work. Everything was left tidy when they'd finished. They did start later than we were told. We would recommend The Gutter and Cladding Company.

The staff are amazingly friendly and the fitters we’re lovely.
We had to delay a couple of times as the world opened up but I’m really pleased we chose them. It looks amazing
