GUMSHIELDS2GO is a mobile mouthguard fitting company. We are based in Portadown and work with clubs and schools throughout Ulster. Our aim is simple; to bring the gold standard in mouth protection - THE CUSTOM FITTED SPORTS MOUTHGUARD - directly to the player AT THE MOST AFFORDABLE PRICEPOINT in the UK. We are proud to be able to offer our gumshields at up to 50% CHEAPER than attending a dental practice. By taking as many of the overheads out of the product and making it as convenient as possible to access us, we are hoping to protect more and more teeth from serious sporting injury. We are also proud to be the only RQIA approved and registered mouthguard fitting service - essential to working with children in sport and in schools.

The gumshield, colours and presentation were awesome... though there was a slight spelling mistake, the packaging of the gumshield had the correct name but the gumshield itself had a spelling mistake which was quite disappointing. Other than that, my daughter loves it.

The gum shield is a good fit but didn’t get marble effect, i had to pay for postage after i had already spent £70+ on the order and didn’t get my logo on. Could of contacted me with a reason why but didn’t, only contacted me to receive payment for postage

You filled out the request form giving the same colour 3 times (royal blue) to be mixed into a marble. This is impossible as it states you need to choose 3 different colours to achieve this effect. Therefore your gumshield was royal blue: with regard to the postage request - the packaging clearly states to purchase your preferred method of return before posting. You didn’t put any postage on it, so we had to pay to receive it from the sorting office on your behalf, hence your invoice for postage.
I have reviewed your order again, and indeed see that you did request a logo,That was overlooked by ourselves, and I must apologise for this. Could you please email me on info@gumshields2go.com so I can resolve this matter for you? We prefer our customers to be fully satisfied, so it would be great to hear from you.

A little understanding that your parcel was delayed due to circumstances out of our control would have been appreciated, rather than taking to a public review forum to relay your disappointment.

I have used this company before and loved them. On returning I needed extra guidance and the help they have had been super speedy and very thorough. After I thought I might have made a mistake on the self-moulding part of the process , they offered to look at photos Of what my end result had been and decided that sending me new kits was the best way forward (all free of charge.) They basically want to ensure the end product is great and dealt guide and support you through. Not like companies who take your cash and provide no further support. Well worth the money

You are completely correct, we simply won’t create our customers a mouthguard unless we can stand by the industry gold standard protection we offer. Sometimes this may necessitate getting our customers to re-mould, but it’s ultimately all about optimum protection.

Wow! What a fit!
Great service from start to finish. Received the kit within a couple of days of ordering, from then there were clear instructions of what to do in order to complete your mould. I posted the mould back on the Monday first class and received the complete/finished gum shield back on the Friday. What can I say, the fit is unbelievable, I never expected it to be so good! I’ve always had cheap versions that you mould using boiling water and never felt like they were much use, having slightly wonky teeth it was hard to get a good mould. With this, though, the mould is so comfortable and snug I could barely tell that I had it in… wish I’d discovered it sooner. Totally worth the money.

It arrived yesterday and the delivery…
It arrived yesterday and the delivery guy decided to wedge it into an outside postbox that it wouldn't fit into and broke both containers that was holding the putty instead of coming to the door. There was someone in the house as they work from home and there was no issue with access. Needless to say I was very disappointed as to why they would do this.
