I placed an order for a blue tulips bouquet I couldn't find no where for such an affordable rate but here at gulmahal I got it within my budget and it was absolutely fabulous bouquet the buds were really pretty blooming and fresh the packaging and handling all were done very carefully. I had a wonderful experience with gulmahal. The service was great they are very polite and handle customer with utmost respect, the scheduled delivery is very perfect I received my order at the time schedule I chose I didn't have to call or text many times to confirm things they offered me a great service and even greater customer experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend!

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering flowers from here. I ordered a pink hydrangea, but it arrived badly bent and in terrible condition. It was completely unacceptable, especially since it was meant to be a gift for someone.

When I contacted customer service, they asked me to provide several pictures of the damaged flower. Despite providing the requested photos, they refused to offer either a replacement or a refund. Their website clearly states their refund policy, yet my experience suggests that they do not follow it.

The product quality was extremely disappointing, and the customer service was equally poor.

I am extremely unhappy with how this was handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store. Save your money and order flowers from somewhere more reliable that values its customers and stands by its policies.
