If anyone fancies a sporting tour abroad you need to check these guys out . Easy booking , great and continuous communication and military precision when you get to your destination. I couldn't fault the ashes experience I had and I'm looking forward to seeing the deals for South Africa next winter . Top firm to deal with and great staff . Would highly recommend.

Ashes trip 2025/26

Before I signed up for the tour I had some nervous anticipation’s travelling on my own.I needn’t have worried because everyone made me feel so welcome.
Andy Jones as TM was excellent and made the arrangements seem very easy.

Excellent all round experience for 3 Ashes tests.
From the first greeting from our rep in Adelaide to all the travel & information on the event location & entry requirements everyday, everything was spot on.
Andy our rep was great, available & engaging to ensure single travellers had a chance to socialise, but no pressure either way.
Would highly recommend Gullivers for sports packages & look forward to arranging our next one!

I found the trip not up to my previous…
I found the trip not up to my previous experience with Gullivers in Cape Town and Barbados. The hotels in Sydney and Melbourne were not 4star, although the Melbourne hotel was better than the one in Sydney. The rooms were basic with inadequate drawer space for an 8 night stay.
The trio in Sydney Harbour on New Year's Eve was far too expensive and not the luxurious experience we were promised. Why have a live band from the start of the evening which was so loud we could not hold any meaningful conversations.
Finally, I am sure that Jordon is very capable tour manager but we never saw him

What it says on the tin!
Hotel & Tickets package. It is what it says on the tin. Good hotel & seats but other than a lacklustre drinks get together (buy your own!) I was left to my own devices with an emergency number to call if needed. But, overall off the back of a good hotel & seats I would go with Gullivers again if their prices were competitive.

Adelaide and Sydney ticket/hotel packages
Choice of hotels was excellent as were tickers in the grounds. Made life a lot easier by not having to source tickets from ballot.

Gullivers made no attempt to engage…
Gullivers made no attempt to engage with us in Sydney. Clearly you are only interested in high worth clients not supporters like me who have saved for yours to travel to Sydney. We spent most of our time with Barmy Army who were great.

Adelaide Ashes ticket and hotel package
We booked the Gullivers ticket and hotel package for the Adelaide Ashes test in December 2025 and had a great trip.
Overall it was a very seamless booking experience and all information provided beforehand. Gullivers were easy to get hold of when needed.
There was a slight issue with the ticket delivery for one of the days but the Gullivers team were very responsive on the ground and via email/phone, helping sort the issue prior to the day.
The hotel was of good quality and the tickets were situated in the general admission/hill area. It would have been nice to meet up with some of the reps or other customers but understand there are other packages which involve this rather than the ticket/hotel package.

Very satisfied
All arrangements and bookings went smoothly despite a few ticket hiccups which weren't the fault of Gulliver's. The hotel in particular was ideally situated for getting to the MCG. Communication from Gulliver's was good and I can't find fault with the experience.

Brilliant seats
All the work on the ground to ensure tickets were downloaded and the seat positions were excellent. The panel question and answer again well organised and our tour manager made sure we were all clear where to go, also with the tour dinner.
The hotels were very good with excellent easy access to the grounds.
It is 15 years since I was last in Australia with Gullivers but that was 4 Ashes tours in a row and although the organising is equally efficient I found it not quite as personal due to the bigger numbers
