Been looking to pick up a nice epiphone i’d had my eye on as a birthday present for myself. Came across a listing at guitar village at a much better price than I could find elsewhere (over £100 difference). Happily saw they were an independent company so took the plunge. Item dispatched quickly and securely. Very impressed with the guitar set up(often not an option when buying online). Played beautifully out of the box. And I’ve barely put it down since.

Guitar Village do what they say they do! Great delivery all as promised. The guitar came set up beautifully ready to play, and all this completed with next day delivery. Absolutely fantastic! It will be a while before I will need another guitar but would recommend Guitar Village without a doubt and I would use them again. Could not ask for any more, I cannot sing their praises higher enough. Oh and by the way the Cort Modern Black is beautiful and glad I took the plunge!

Ordered a Shergold masquerader on line Thursday morning for next day delivery but UPS advised delivery late following Monday when it duly arrived. Contacted store multiple times over the period but gained no improvement on this poor performance.
Guitar itself was well packaged and in good condition after rectifying fret buzz.
Given the reviews elsewhere for this shop expected a better experience.

After struggling to order an amazing looking guitar via the financial route (no reflection on the company concerned I might add, I tried the more direct route in purchasing it, but would you believe it I still had problems!
