Requested return with 30day window, shipped back, confirmed delivery at warehouse. GSTP will not reply about the status of the refund. Should have found Cameron Jones review before I purchased from GSTP. Buyer beware.

I bought some control switches and they came damaged and I emailed them a to this I have not heard back from them.

parts failed in less than three months....can't contact this stupid company...they do not respond....had to dispute the charges with my bank to get any resolution.

Gstpautoparts no help no contact! Do not buy from this china company! They are horrible to follow up on anything. They need to be band from selling in the USA.

BEWARE!!! Ordered $870 part from GSTP. Didn't fit so I sent them back. They received and signed for them but never refunded me. I emailed them over and over and they first responded by saying that they will "refund me when the shop can determine they are in good condition"... They never did refund me and stopped responding to emails. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. STILL ONGOING. I would not order from this company. Dishonest! Dishonest! Dishonest!

When someone finally answered, they had all the enthusiasm of a carburetor in a snowstorm. I’ve had more emotionally supportive conversations with a check engine light.

Honestly, somewhere up in racing heaven, Dale Earnhardt Sr. is shaking his head. The Intimidator built his legacy on grit, quality, and getting the job done right. GSTP, on the other hand, couldn’t intimidate a loose bolt. They bring great dishonor to the sacred garage of their ancestors, who are probably looking down wondering where it all went wrong.
