Fabulous food and service. Had a problem which Lily sorted out with no questions. Excellent and understanding response. If I could give 10 stars I would.
I love the wide choice of meal kits which change weekly…they are uncomplicated to cook, coming with a recipe card. It is easy to skip a week or two and the app is straightforward to use. I have a £5.99 subscription paid monthly, which pays for postage.

Had three weeks worth of grubby now and have not been disappointed by one meal!!
They have all been delicious and plenty of food, so much that I have been able to meal prep for two weeks.
Best money I’ve spent on a food delivery service.

Have been using Grubby for a few months now and it’s been great for us. Haven’t had a bad meal and most are super tasty. Variety is good each week - there’s always some new recipes to try but also some favourites we’ve had before.

I love that it’s getting us to eat more healthy, vegan food and, although it’s not cheap, I reckon we’ve definitely saved some money by getting less takeaways!

It’s rare we’ve had a problem but when we have the customer service have been very helpful and responsive. I like the Hived delivery service they use too, they tend to be reliable with good communication.

The recipes are delicious and easy to follow.

Grubby has been the best box service I've tried!
Other services like Gousto have vegan options but not a huge selection each week to choose from.
The quality/brands used by Grubby have been far better in my opinion and even when the trial period ends I'm going to continue with the subscription as I believe it's working out cheaper than doing my weekly food shop!

Had Grubby meals for 3 weeks now and we are so glad we decided to try them. So convenient and easy to prepare, but full of taste and lots of choice. All of the produce is fresh and delicious. Highly recommended

This has so far been one of the better meal kit experiences I've had! Haven't had to go grocery shopping or plan my meals, I just have to choose between the meals that are already nicely parceled up in the fridge. I'm eating super healthily and getting a decent amount of protein too. The only negative is that in my 3rd week, one of the 4 meals was missing, although it was easy to report this and I was given a refund without having to jump through loads of hoops.

I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're new to plant based or a seasoned vegan you find these Grubby meals life changing.
The recipes are so easy to follow and you can self adjust any herbs and spices to your own tastes. The variety of meals on offer is mind blowing and I enjoy cuisine from all around the world throughout the week. You get given information on Carbs, Protein and Fats as well as the calories per serving, which is perfect for me, as I am in a weight loss journey and track this on an app.
I live alone so each recipe does me two days. The portions are huge, so much so if my parents are visiting (who are not vegan) one recipe bag does 3 of us easily and they really enjoy the meals.
I have always enjoyed cooking but Grubby takes the hassle out and I feel like I'm creating beautiful tasty food so dinner is a treat every day.
I have been using Grubby for about a year and a half now. In that time I have only ever had to contact customer service on 2 occasions. The first was when they briefly changed courier and for a few months so I couldn't get. They informed me it was a trial period only and were very apologetic that my area was not covered, thankfully the change was short and they returned to a courier that could deliver to me. The second was a missing recipe bag from my box. This was managed easily via the site and I also got a lovely personal (not automated) email back, thank you Angeline ☺️ and they have refunded me for this. Totally hassle free and dealt with in person with kindness and empathy.

I honestly can’t recommend Grubby enough.

I signed up expecting decent vegan meals, but what I didn’t expect was to actually start enjoying cooking. I’m not someone who naturally loves being in the kitchen, but Grubby somehow made it fun. Their recipes are genuinely easy to follow, beautifully thought out, and they even give you a playlist for each meal. It sounds small, but it turns dinner into a whole little experience.

The range is amazing and changes regularly, so it never gets boring. Every box feels fresh and exciting. The ingredients are top quality, everything arrives in perfect condition, and each meal comfortably serves two generous portions.

The food itself is absolutely delicious. Proper flavour, real variety, and a brilliant way to explore vegan cooking without feeling limited. Thanks to Grubby, I’ve discovered meals I’d never have tried on my own, expanded my palate, and learned new ingredients and cooking methods along the way.
I also love that you can keep the recipe cards. I’ve started putting mine in a binder so I can remake my favourites anytime. It feels like building my own little cookbook over time.

And their customer service deserves a shoutout too. The team are genuinely friendly, helpful, and quick to sort anything out. You really feel looked after.

If you’re vegan (or just curious), want variety, and like the idea of stress-free cooking with incredible results, Grubby is a total game changer. They’ve turned someone who didn’t like cooking into someone who actually looks forward to it, and that says everything.

Amazing food and recipes - but there are many items that could be in paper / sustainable packaging and not using plastic.

After using Grubby for 4 weeks, I am very happy with them...delicious food, good and easy-to-follow instructions, good packaging, always delivered on time, ingredients were never damaged. I have not had an issue with anything really so far.
I tried Planthood before, but I had several issues with packaging, ingredients and also with the ordering & invoicing procedure, so I am much happier with Grubby. I think the price-value is better, I get the full recipe and the webpage is well thought trough and easy to use. Thanks for every single team member of Grubby for making my Vegan January so easy and tasty.

We thought the meals were tasty and interesting but there was too much ultra-processed food included and too much packaging. I have dried herbs, spices, stock cubes, Henderson’s etc in my cupboard already - would welcome the option to buy the main ingredients only.
