They reduced the price from £160 to £20 after I sent my phone.
I asked them to negotiate the price and they ignored me and just sent me the £20.
They have kept my phone and I have not been able to get it back. Beware of this company, I would not use them as a recycle phone service. Please go somewhere else so you don’t have the same issue as I did!

You can't get lower then a 1 star rating, customer service for this company is non existant and the owner Tasha isn't an owner of the company if that is the way she deals with customers.
Beware of alleged refund policy!! Bought a refurbished BlackBerry KeyOne for £110 - space key did not work - returned it - they refuned HALF of my money. I returned 100% of the phone. Be careful

I bought a Samsung A20e as an ebay guest and so could not leave feedback there. So far, I am very happy. The phone is in good condition (I would say very good), the battery seems to be fine, it arrived a day before I was expecting it and the new charger cable and SIM pin were nice touches. Thank you very much. I might need another phone soon as a gift and will buy from yourselves again.
