Grow Team referred us to two unique companies - one to handle SEO and the other to maintain our Google AdWords account. I am most pleased with the reporting and communication of the CPC company that was referred. They have given us many opportunities to be involved in the process and learn alongside them.

We found Grow Team in early 2018 and have been working with them since. We needed help with our online marketing but did not have the internal resources to commit time to finding a good agency. Grow Team helped us find a great agency, they helped get us connected with that agency and it has been exactly what we needed. Sent us a completely wasteful piece of junk mail. A large card board video player with a video that explained very little of what the company actually does. The catch is that we could call them to have it recycled. Great way to get people to call isn't it? What a waste of resources for something so stupid.

Received their solicitation at my business today. We have a 100% female owned and operated business. They sent the fairly expensive package via Fedex Express to THE HUSBAND OF THE OWNER and PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY. Obviously a stupid male runs this company. I am the co-owner and daughter.

Just got a horribly wasteful piece of junk mail from these guys that included an auto-play video and connected LCD screen. I would hope a company that is supposedly going to help me with getting customers online has a more cost-effective less environmentally-destructive, less-privacy-invasive way of attracting its own customers. These guys clearly do not.

We have been using grow team to help refer us to qualified digital agencies for almost 2 years now. I am giving them 3 stars because they referred us to one good agency and one not very good agency. When I brought up the issues with the not so good agency, they didn't really work on helping us through the problem. They allowed us out of contract, but they didn't take an interest in making the relationship successful. It felt like they just didn't want to work that hard at ensuring our success. We are still working with the good agency. They don't check in with us - even quarterly or annually - to see how we are doing. So they refer, and drop out. Too bad the service isn't consistent, because companies like mine could really benefit from consistent, quality referrals that were seen all the way through. The agency that was not so good was in the discipline of social media marketing. They weren't terrible people, just not extremely competent and invested.

The folks at Grow Team have helped my wife and I out in the last 2 years. Our small ecommerce business was getting hit pretty hard by Wayfair and Amazon and we were really debating whether or not to keep going with it. When I contacted them, they took a very methodical view to our problems and ultimately recommended that we keep going with the site but make some significant changes to the content. They walked us through the process of finding an SEO agency and putting together a contract that we felt was very fair. It took some time for the programs they enrolled us in to take effect, but two years later we feel like we’ve got a totally different business in our hands. Sales are at an all-time high and the website is getting more traffic each month than we used to get all year. We are still struggling to maintain our margins in our Amazon sales, but the Google buyers have helped to offset that, so overall our net profit is up substantially. I have personally found all the people we’ve worked with to have a great deal of knowledge and they have done a great job for us.

Without doubt, Grow Team has done wonders for our ecommerce business. A year ago one of our investors setup a meeting with Grow Team and they started us with a technical firm that has overhauled our product structure and increased our organic revenue by 280%. A few months ago, after my internal marketing person quit, I called again and they set us up with a PPC specialist to take over our shopping campaigns. The difference has been night and day and we’re already up 50% in paid sales. Our Grow Team contact has also been responsive and very proactive.

I rarely write reviews but my recent experience with Grow Team has been one to write about. We have been utilizing them for SEO for several months and were very happy with the work. Things were going fine until about a month ago, when our primary product manufacturer decided that authorized resellers could no longer use their brand name on their website or in Adwords. Since more than half our traffic comes through the use of these brand terms, this was a massive blow to our business. I called Brian, expecting to be told that we have several more months on our contract and that I would still have to pay even though my revenue was about to be cut in half. Instead, he immediately got the CEO of our SEO company on the phone and worked out a deal to suspend payments AND have their team help up reformat our on-page content and paid ads to remove the branded terms. They put money aside and really helped us when we needed it. We are still working through the problems and lost revenue caused by our manufacturer’s decision, but I am grateful to have Grow Team helping us.

I signed up with Brian and Derek at Grow Team after reading their book, which was extremely informative, by the way. I am a big relationship person when it comes to working with people, and I found their process to be spot on. No phony promises, no false hope, just real talk, solid suggestions and a lot of integrity.

My interaction with this organization has been exceptional. I was referred to a dependable webmaster who finished my new mobile-friendly website in February on-time at a very reasonable price. Since then their SEO company has increased my organic traffic by 80% and revenue is up 50%. Very fast response to email and phone calls and the owners are very active.

I called 5 SEO companies today that had good ratings online and asked them for quotes for my new real estate website. 4 of them quoted me for SEO services ranging from $1500/month to $3150/month and then I spoke with GrowTeam. My call was answered immediately and the woman I spoke with setup a call with their CEO for later in the afternoon. Derek called me right on time and spent the next 30 minutes asking me a lot of questions and sharing his experience and recommendations. He explained to me how competitive the market is, who the players are and what the best considerations would be for my company given my budget. He recommended a unique plan that would help me get leads faster and cost less money up front. He gave me the name of a local developer for my website (who quoted me half what everyone else did) and recommended holding off on SEO services. He gave me almost an hour of his time, recommended against me spending money with him and gave me several new ideas. Writing this review is the least I can do to say thanks. I can't say what they're like to work with as a client but their sincerity is unique.

I’ve been a client for a year and am constantly impressed by their level of client attention and know how. I’m a small client but always feel like I’m getting the same level of attention a larger client would. I emailed one of the owners yesterday with a question and my phone rang 20 minutes later. I didn’t ask for him to call but he said he wanted to ensure everything was resolved.

My business contracted SEM and Affiliate Marketing support through GT 6 months ago and while the members performed, we were starting to see diminishing returns from the content they were producing and affiliate strategy. I came to Grow Team 8 months ago to assist me with selecting an online marketing company. They chose me a great agency and the tasks they completed were very good. I ran into a cash crunch just before the holidays and mentioned that I was going to have to cancel my contract. Initially our agency said No, but Brian at Grow Team got involved and straightened things out. They refunded me part of a month's payment, made sure I was taken care of and made it really easy. I'm planning to restart with them in another month or so and it's good to know that I have someone on my side when I need them.

Grow Team helped me with three different websites that I own. They put together the marketing strategy, found the best account managers to drive the services and monitor the performance to make sure I'm not missing anything. If not for them I probably would have had to hire a marketing person just to do the stuff they're doing for me. Being able to use that money to actually drive sales instead of fund a salary has had a huge impact on our launch efforts and helped us drive ROI in a much shorter time frame.

The founders are legitimate, successful entrepreneurs, and they actually spend time with their clients. I speak with them frequently and have gotten a tremendous amount of value from those conversations.

I've worked with multiple SEO companies over the last several years and none of them delivered.
