Absolutely brilliant climbing frame!
Our purchase arrived incomplete but the customer service has been fantastic and after contacting via email they quickly arranged to send out two different packages for the parts that were missing from our order.
Keep up the fantastic work Growplay! And will definitely be recommending.

We ordered the adventurer set for our girls - originally for Christmas but decided to bring it forward for a 6th birthday. I called the company and it was no problem at all, sorted it, shipped it and it arrived within a week.
My husband put it all together pretty much solo, I assisted for small parts. The videos were great. His only request was some written instructions to go with the set with the order things need to be put on. There was a few times he had to undo then redo.
It took him about 7 hours in total - just in time for her birthday party!

Overall super smooth process, def doable to put together with the instructions and as my daughter said when she saw it ‘this is the best present I have ever got in my whole life’.

The quality of the equipment seems very good and the packaging made it easy to identify which pieces were needed for each step of assembly. The kids have loved playing on it and it has kept them entertained for hours.

Great product and at a better price point than the other options. Was easy to put together although a bit frustrating there was only video instructions and not pdf instructions, so needed to keep pausing to watch the video (but I can see how video instructions are also great, would just be good to have both). Kids love it, adults love it. Us adults are already noticeably stronger in just a few weeks! We have already recommended to our friends and family!

We purchased the Adventurer for our grandchildren when their old playground needed replacing. All of the children love it even though there is a range of ages (11-3). We will be adding to it for their birthdays as time goes on. They will get many years of fun out of it.
I would recommend using their installers.

The monkey bars have been life changing for our house! The kids have barely been inside. This was a main goal for getting them. My son is in his element on the bars and my daughter is loving the swing attachments. They have helped her sensory needs massively.

Recently bought 'The Adventurer' playground from Growplay is top-notch! Fast shipping to Melbourne. Customer service was responsive and they provide good instruction videos on YouTube. Playground is easy to set up with two people. Its solid construction and quality make it a fantastic choice for active kids. Highly recommended for playtime adventures.

The frame is fabulous, my 3 boys and their 2 cusins love it, it is very strong even with my 13 stone on it lol.
I struggled with the instructions after printing some of i had to watch a video.

Growplays communication and shipping speeds were outstanding. I had a look around at some of the other monkey bar sets available and the specs didn't match up to growplays. My kids absolutely love their new adventure set.

Chose Growplay as I noticed litttle extras included that was a difference, rock climbing grips, loops. I made the order and had issues with the delivery company links etc. Contacted Growplay who followed up promptly and confirmed dates and details. Growplay reached out again also to confirm. Great customer service. Put the equipment together following the tutorial videos easily. Kids absolutely love it and looks great.

We have no parks with play areas at a walkable distance, and so Grow play monkey bars came as a boon for our kids. Very happy with the quality. The whole family loves the experience :)

After extensive research we chose the Adventurer with a few extras like the flying fox and different swings for our backyard set up. The build process was easy to follow and was made in 1 day with just 1 person doing the building. We were impressed by the sturdiness and safe feeling of the equipment l. It's been hard to get the kids off it ever since!

Easy to follow instructions for assembly. Good price in comparison to competitors, eg funky monkey bars. Good selection of additional equipment to add extra activities for the kids. Only negative is the shipping cost.
