Poor report that is automatically generated, mentions area of flooding that are supposedly within a 25metre radius, however these are in fact over seven miles away no have no bearing, report states it will be very difficult to obtain insurance due to very high risk of flooding, getting insurance was without any issue at all. The report does not mention all update to date flood prevention methods employed in the area within the last five years. I commissioned a proper onsite survey almost all the points on this flood survey were totally ruled out by a fully qualified surveyor. Don't waste your money get a proper search done.

I was disappointed by the quality of the flood report I received from Groundsure. The databases used by the Company are not up-to-date regarding flood risk in the town of Bath and the report contained exaggerated and inaccurate statements about vulnerability to flooding.

Great service

I would definitely recommend Groundsure. Very helpful!! 5 star rating from me!

Ordering Groundsure reports is a very simple process, and all the information that I require is very easy to locate. The speed at which the reports are sent back to you also is very quick.

Used Groundsure yesterday for the first time, after talking to one of the very helpful staff, to set up an account.

I was impressed how intuitive the interface was, and how quick it was to find the site I was interested in, pick the area I required, and down load the file.

A simple login with a no nonsense approach allowed me to aquire the appropriate products & add relevant detail for local government planning & building control purposes in one easy low cost visit

The report displayed most of the relevant information I was after for the purpose it satisfied (for a desk study), in particular the section relating to site history.
There were a few sections I was after that were not included within the report - mining and mineral sites, hazardous substances, pollution prevention and control facilities and soil geochemistry.
I liked the fact the reports were separated according to category/content.
Regardless, I found the information very useful and the layout easy to use (especially the tables summarising the data on site and within 500m, which were of use for the desk study).

The check out service has significantly improved following the last website revamp. The customer service is friendly and responsive, ready to do bespoked quotes if needed. This is now our provider of choice for desk studies.

As a firm of architects we are constantly requiring OS mapping for site layouts in our CAD modelling. We have found Groundsure Insights to be excellent value.

Much easier to use than a year ago!

Overall Groundsure offer a great service and the staff are always very helpful.

As a planning consultancy we use environmental reports regularly and Groundsure is simple to use with a great pricing system and offer good quality reports. They also offer good customer service. We will be using them again.

Groundsure enables me to gather desk study data quickly and efficiently. The data is well presented.

I have used the Geoinsight and Enviroinsight service for several years now and found the service consistent and of high quality.

Second report from Groundsure and so far so good. Takes a little time to generate reports but otherwise the information seems accurate. Cheaper than the main rivals.

I thought the delivery would be a little faster; not a major problem now I know what to expect

Tried this for the first time and found it very quick and easy to navigate around the site, make the choices and red line the plan area.
The reports received are very easy to interpret and thorough. I will be using this service again.

Excellent service & cost effective fast delivery of environmental / geo reports & historical mapping

Could do with clear indication of formats of each parcel of information, so that it can be assessed whether the downloaded package can be fully accessed.
