Great service. The delivery guy text me with times which was good and he came on time and I watched the bags on the crane being placed where I had asked them to be.
The only issue was the lady.in customer service seemed put out that I asked where the slate came from and emphasised several times you are the only person to ask this?? So she rang me back as I said it’s important to me to know. I think your staff should know this as it’s a selling point surely ? They are from Wales.
